This one-bedroom, one-bathroom has plenty of space with a stocked kitchen.

Nicest Room in Town!
We stayed here for the Indianapolis 500 and it was incredible! The entire condo was professionally cleaned and everything worked perfectly! You can’t beat the location, walking distance to all the best restaurants and the state park. It is also just 1 block away from the parade during the 500 festival. The host was extremely responsive and any little question I had was answered very quickly. I can’t give this place a high enough rating, it’s perfect.

Great location!
The property is great and in a great location! Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby! Griffin was also great, very communicative and helpful! Highly recommended!

Great little spot within walking distance to downtown
Overall, clean spacious and large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable with nice bedding! Within walking distance of everything downtown!

Awesome place
We had a great stay here during the Big Ten bball tourney. Condo was just as described, clean, easy in and out. Fantastic location, we walked to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and several great restaurants on Mass Ave. Griffin was very responsive and super helpful. Would recommend!
