Stanze veramente poco pulite

Bella stanza, abbastanza grande. Sembra nuova, si sente nuova. Trasferimento gratuito dall'aeroporto all'hotel e dall'hotel all'aeroporto. L'autista parla anche mandarino/cinese. Americano gratuito dal bar di fronte alla reception, è necessario utilizzare i coupon. I coupon vengono forniti dalla reception al momento del check-in. Vicino a centri commerciali, ristoranti. Un buon scalo.

The hotel is close to the airport, has transfer and fairy new, so it looks pretty good from the first glance. And that all the pros that it has. The bathroom in my room was very dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned, bedsheets had a stain on. Walls are very thin, I could hear my neighbours talking and in the morning cleaning stuff woke me up coz they kept dropping things and knocking and doing idk what. The heating system was super loud, I had to increase the volume of the movie I was watching and turn it off for the night. I also had to pay extra charge to move in 2 hours yearlier, even though it was off season and you could tell the hotel wasn't full at all. And it's okay, but I think it's not 4 stars level the hotel pretends to be. I don't think I'd book it again.

Incredibly pleased by the entire experience, especially considering what I paid. The airport shuttle arrived on time both from and to the airport; communication about how to book it and its availability were clearly presented; staff was kind and most spoke English; I was gifted a free espresso drink which I redeemed as an Americano that was made promptly hy a courteous barista with fresh shots (ie, coffee was freshly ground and the shots were added to the hot water quickly enough that they didn’t go bad). My room was clean with a nicer bathroom than expected and the view was fantastic. There is a cu convenience store on the first level and  check in and out were quick. The first floor is classy and I will definitely be coming again, at which point I hope to enjoy the lounge. The experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

The room was very comfortable. There was no bottled water provided even though a brochure there said there would be bottled water. The toilet seat was a little dirty. The main problem was that I used the link provided to book the shuttle bus for pickup from the airport (twice—once a few days in advance and again the day before since I still hadn’t received any confirmation) and never received any confirmation about it from the hotel even though I completed the form to make a pickup reservation. Because of that I had to take the subway/train to the hotel which thankfully turns out has the Unseo station next to the hotel. It’s disappointing, though, because I chose this hotel because it listed that it did airport pickups. The booking information about my room mentioned two free coffees but I only received a voucher for one free coffee which was also disappointing.

Pros: The environment is clean and hygienic, the room is spacious, and it is very close to the subway station. Cons: The hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, which significantly impacts the experience.

This is my second time stay here. Great location, very close to the airport. Easy to find the shuttle bus, and very punctual. Their service staff is super nice, and the room is super neat and clean. There are many specialty restaurants around, and there is a Lotte Mart across the street from the side door of the hotel, where you can find a lot of good things, as well as fresh abalone, sashimi and local specialty snacks at a great price. I will go here again next time and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel was very good, but the bus service may not help you. If your flight is outside the bus schedule time, you need to find another way.

Love location and friendly staff, also enjoyed a complimentary coffee from coffee shop.

The residence room is equipped with kitchen and washing machine, very convenient.

Rooms: The room is quite decent—neither too small nor too big. We could comfortably open one 29-inch and one 24-inch suitcase in the room. Amenities: Every day, two bottles of mineral water are refilled. The slippers provided are reusable plastic ones, so you will use the same slippers throughout your stay. Towels can be changed daily. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, but shampoo and bath gel are supplied daily in large bottles. The power sockets are designed for local use and feature a deep, round design commonly found in Korea. Even with a universal adapter, you might face compatibility issues. You can refer to the attached pictures for details about the sockets. The hotel can lend you a connector, but a deposit of 10,000 KRW per connector is required. You can reclaim the deposit when you return the connector. Shower and Toilet: The shower design is not very practical. After taking a shower, water tends to flow into the toilet and basin area, leaving them wet. To manage this, we had to use several towels on the floor to absorb the water, which made the area less convenient. Transport: The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, just beside it. Others: The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, but you must make a reservation at least one day in advance. They also provide luggage storage and have a weighing scale in the lobby to measure your luggage weight. Environment: The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and shops, including Olive Young, Burger King, 7-Eleven, and Lotte Mart. WiFi: The hotel provides free WiFi.

Love this hotel. The location is convenient - nearby supermarket, restaurants and airport (around 15 mins to terminal 1). The hotel is clean and chic, bed is comfy, room is spacious and clean. We had an early morning flight (6.50am) and was able to get taxi from the lobby at 3.30 am and only waited like 5 mins. The staff at front-desk were polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location. Nice service. It is convenient if you need to arrive at the airport early.
