Recensioni su Stellar Hotel(International Hotel Yeongjong)

IL nome dell'Hotel era totalmente diverso, quando ho cercato di chiamare per chiedere informazioni sul check in mi hanno risposto con "Non parliamo inglese" per poi chiudere la telefonata. Avendo un altro nome ho dovuto passare un ora a girare finché uno sconosciuto molto gentile mi ha aiutata e accompagnata. Non ho mai ricevuto un tale servizio, pessimo ed è sopratutto inaccettabile da un Hotel che si trova ad Incheon non ascoltare i propri clienti ma sopratutto non comunicare con loro.

Super vale i soldi spesi. Ho soggiornato per 30 dollari per la notte di giovedì. Rinnovato con moquette pulita.

The toilet cover was dirty.. And the bed cover was dirty.. In this winter day, the water they provided was ice block. Cannot drink.. need to wait for the ice to melt. At least keep the toilet lit clean..

I was not happy with the interior . The bed had an old white layer that kept pealing off to us . It was not as pleasing as the picture looked .

We thought it was closer to the airport, but the cab ride with no traffic was only 20’. There must have been some change in the name, so make sure to give the driver the address, not the name! Rooms are big and clean and there is a bus to the train station to get to central Seoul.

Good hotel in the Incheon island, there was a cu and a seven eleven right in the corner.

The hotel itself was dark, and humidifier was very dusty, the room was not perfectly cleaned

The beds of this hotel are generally very, very cozy and comfortable. They never miss regardless of bed type/size.

The hotel is very grand but it is not expensive for me. Worth it!!

Pretty basic hotel that’s western style. It is close to the airport.

The hotel is an excellent value for the money. A nice building, 13 floors, probably less than 10 years old. However... It was further from the airport than the published distance--probably 20 miles. A taxi was necessary as there was no rail or bus service. The area was very quiet--almost eerily so. No food. I grabbed some snacks from a 7/11. Many businesses were closed. This community was near the water, so it seemingly had potential for a "touristy" atmosphere, but it never happened, or hasn't happened yet. None of this would have dampened my spirits as it was my second stay in 3 months. What will make me not stay there again was having been cheated terribly with my last trip back to the airport. 7,000 won more than any previous taxi fare. I was not given a receipt so I was dead in the water toward complaining. Nonetheless, If you can arrange adequate and sensible taxi service--the first sentence says it all!

The rooms defiantly need to be updated

Great to stay this hotel if you have another flight to go, nice and relaxing for the day:)
