Questo hotel non mi è piaciuto, sicuramente non è un resort a 5 stelle. Le camere economiche, "deluxe", si trovano così lontano, devi prendere un passeggino e sono in un edificio alto che puzza ed è brutto entrarci. Internet era inesistente, sempre rotto ed estremamente lento. I lettini vengono prenotati entro le 8:00 dalle persone che si svegliano. Non ho idea di come questo sia un hotel a 5 stelle, il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo si può trovare altrove sull'isola!

Ho provato l'hotel perché aveva un punteggio alto su trip.com. Nel complesso è un posto ok ma mostra la sua età. La pressione dell'acqua nel bagno è piuttosto bassa.

It was an absolute nightmare of a trip. During cleaning, the hotel staff stole 4,000 baht from my room. My wallet was even hidden in a compartment of my bag. The hotel claimed their staff could enter rooms without guest permission and took no responsibility for the loss. Calling the local tourist police hotline (1155) was futile, so I had to travel an hour round trip to the police station. The police stated that if no local fingerprints were found on the wallet, they could counter-sue for false accusations, and continuing the investigation would require one to two weeks for results. At the station, the hotel promised compensation, and their CEO would personally address the matter. However, back at the hotel, they retracted the promise, claimed no responsibility, and refused to provide any compensation. They also didn’t allow me to cancel the remaining stay. In the end, Trip helped me refund the rest of the booking. Beyond the safety issue, the hotel’s facilities were only three-star at best. The hot water lasted only briefly, and I experienced sleep paralysis while staying in the room. The air conditioner was old and made loud noises, making it impossible to sleep with it on. This is absolutely not an ideal vacation choice. 简直是噩梦一样的旅程，酒店的工作人员在打扫期间从房间里偷走了4000泰铢。我的钱包甚至是放在包的夹层里。酒店表示他们的工作人员完全可以在不需要客人允许的情况下进入房间，而酒店对丢失没有任何的责任。拨打当地的旅游报警电话1155，也是无法打通，坐车来回一个小时前往该警察局。警察表示如果无法从钱包上找到当地人的指纹会反过来控告诬告，并且如果想要继续查案，需要等待一个到两个礼拜才会出结果。酒店方在警局表示会给予赔偿，CEO也会下来当面讨论此事，但一回到酒店，他们再次表示他们没有责任，并且不会给任何补偿。酒店还不允许退掉之后的入住。最后，Trip还是帮我退掉了剩余的入住。除了安全问题，这个酒店的设施只能是三星，热水只能热一会，睡在房间里，还被鬼压床，空调因为老旧会发出巨大噪音，无法打开睡觉。这绝对不是一个理想的度假选择。

Throughly enjoyed our stay here! The room was big with 2 queen beds, big bathroom and bathtub with nice toiletries. The only bane for me was the mosquito in the bathroom which I failed to kill. There was a good spread for breakfast and was delicious. The infinity pool was amazing with the sea view and jacuzzi. Wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities like gym, ping pong, pool table.. Kudos also to the friendly staff and good service. Recommend this place to stay in Ko Lanta!

Nice quiet Place, Okay Khrap. Feeling the good time for my day off.

Beautiful place to stay at Lanta island. We booked the Pond room type for 2 night. The service was great, located near the sea.

That was the second time at Wari Warin, and this hotel is very nice and welcoming. Nevertheless, due to the lower cost paid in this period, the breakfast buffet was much less provisioned. Furthermore, one person in particular in the breakfast staff was very unpolite (taking plates away without asking if we had finished our meals, and bringing back the unconsumed part when we let her know that we had not finished our meal....) We also had an intoxication after the dinner (both my daughter and myself were sick all after the dinner, and had to remain in the room, losing 25% of our stay). In general, the staff is really nice, really helpful, and the place is very enjoyable.

Good experience. Just kindly try to fix villa 631 air condition as it seems to be noisier than it should be.

An excellent hotel that isn't far from the main hub of Ko Lanta. The services provided by the staff were excellent. The food (especially the breakfast), was good but slightly limited each morning and the gym could do with some refurbishment and better equipment.

Good location. Good rooms. Good swimming pools. Good beach. Good breakfast. Good facilities. Good service. Everything is nice and everybody is nice. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time.
