Huoneessa huono äänieristys. Ei ilmanvaihtoa ja huone muutenkin kuin leirikeskuksissa. Palvelu vähintäänkin mielenkiintoista. Kylpylästä plussaa.

Thinner walls than u can imagine. Uncomfortable if you’re about to go to the bed without earplugs before 10pm especially on weekends i guess. Dunno if its only a problem when staying on the 1st floor. Room were strongly stuck at 1980s. Alltho spa was nice, kids love it atleast.

Kylpylän puoli oli todella hieno ja siisti. Ravintolatkin. Meidän huone 121 oli halpa huone, mutta kyllä halvankin pitäisi olla puhdas. Seinänvierustat oli täynnä hiekkaa, likaa listojen päällä, jokunen vanha karkki ( toivon että karkkeja eikä muuta ) oli joukossa. Samaa " karkkia" löytyi patjan reunalta seinän puolelta. Muutenkin näytti olevan likainen patjansuojus. Lakanat toki oli puhtaat ja miellyttävät. Nykyisin kun tottunut tsekkaamaan luteet kaikissa maailman hotelleissa, niin muukin siisteys kuin keskilattia ja pöydän pinta ilmenee. Luteita ei sentään ollut 😅 Mutta siis nuo halvatkin huoneet vois kertaalleen pyyhkästä reunoja myöten ja pestä patjansuojat niin ois miellyttävänpi yöpyä.

Spa was very cold, I have been in so many spa’s, I have never been anywhere where there is so cold right away. The water in main pool was also not warm enough. So basically we went in and if we came out it was so cold, how is this possible. I undeeatand that finally after an hour or two you get cold, nat that was crazy. I went to toilet and it was freezing cold there, in the changing rooms also really cold! So the spa experience was not relaxing and nice.
Second thing, the rooms, beds, pillows, noisiness. All really bad. Beds veey uncomfortable, pillows are small lime kids pillow, all the noise from corridors were so loud, also we could here if someone went to the toiler in other rooms. The hotel needs updateing right away. Also there was mold on the bathroom ventilation, shower doora were veey dirty underneath and bathroom door madw so horrible noise, I think the whole floor could hear that. To ask 144€ for that kind of hotel room and cold spa for a night, is really crazy. And 144€ was the cheapest price! I do not recomend!
Then the playdopm area, where are kids playroom and all the paying tables, also so cold. Basically I has to put outdoor clothes on to my 3 year old to go play in a play room! Why? Do you want kids to get sick?
Staff was at least vwey friendly and helpful!

The area and the view was spectacular. The coffee shop could have been better, with more foods and treats available. The rooms should have had at least ice buckets considering there were no refrigerators/mini bars to keep you drinks cold.

Pros: Nice and very friendly staff at the reception, they even let us get some coffee before the breakfast started which was a great plus. The spa area was nice, best to go in the early hours when it's less busy. Breakfast was alright, fresh fruit selection could've been better.
Cons: The room we stayed in was like straight from the 90's. Everything looked fairly old and dated, which got us to question the price-quality ratio. The daily housekeeping wasn't done despite we were gone almost the whole afternoon. The housekeepers were in our floor when we left, and they still were around when we got back – but nothing had happened in our room meanwhile. This wasn't a major con as the room wasn't really dirty or anything, but just found it weird that they never got there despite the fact they had plenty of time...

The hotel is in a great location and extremely clean. The staff are friendly and there's lots you can do just in the spa alone. Our only issue was that there was some noise right outside the room through the night, and the beds are creaky meaning if your partner is a light sleeper, turning your side might wake then up.
