The staff said they only have family but they accept my booking for couple. When we arrive they said our room is on their extension building but it was another accomodation with different name.. But we have no choice because we need to rest so we accept it.. Theres no hot and cold shower. The tv is old and no clear channels.

Love the emperador museum, located near at festive walk of iloilo.

Here we are again—another review, another set of points. But honestly, Sta. Rosa Inn made it easy. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t pretend to be a five-star resort, but still gives you a five-star nap. Clean room? Check. Chill vibes? Check. Staff who are so nice it makes you suspicious they’re secretly angels? Double check. It’s a solid pick if you’re in Iloilo and just need a cozy, no-drama place to crash. Bonus: didn’t get *******. 10/10.

Very good location, walking distance to Festive Walk. Coffee house just outside. There is a terrace for eating. Water dispenser is available. Good wifi in our room, and we could watch YouTube in the Smart TV. Simple packed breakfast included. Good value for the price.

Very peaceful place.

I was tricked to book this hotel by a lady that gave this 5 stars, she was either drunk or paid, or she didn't know how to do a review. I should have known better, travelling Asia for 40 years, 6 month every winter. As you get used to better budget hotels, you pay less time on choosing. Arrived at hotel, booking confirmed, no room was booket. After contacting Trip service and little over hour it was OK. The room I got was a single room, good for 2 they said, but given only one towel, sheet and one breakfast. This was a standard room with NO hot water in shower. None of this was in info. The room had bed and a little table, thats it. No kettle, fridge, chair. The people didn't know how to run this hotel , at times unfriendly. When I really pushed the third day, I was given 2 breakfast, 2 towels and sheet, but they didn't like to give it. Trash was not emptied on balcony, breakfast was an overeasy egg, rice and sausage. In isopor box that piled up in trash. I was so happy I only booked 4 nights. Not only me complaining, people working in Trip.com also commented the low standard. I have not been in this low standards since 2013. Needless to say, I didn't get what I paid for at all, not even close. No elevators, thin walls, the neighbors snoring.

Its good and near attractions. Attractions can be accessible by walking distance.

The place is so near to Megaworld and Festive and Very affordable

Good Location, a minute walk from festive mall. Sobrang convenient especially during Dinagyang Festival. There's some spot sa sahig na hnd na sweep. Overall good deal na considering it was during Dinagyang.

The roon is clean. The staffs ate polite and considerate
