Hotel in zona CLUB 21, Iloilo City

As a business traveler, my top concern is the safety and security of the hotel that I am staying. I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. Thanks to Hello Mga Beshies for the recommendation on where to stay in Iloilo. :)

The location of Injap is just in front of SM (near overpass). They offer buffet and has blower, microwave, oven, toiletries. Cons: the toilet bowl in our room has stains. The aircon was old, the keys in the ac unit was not working. We were 3 pax but there was only 1 slippers. The toiletries (dental kit, towels, etc) provided were for 2 pax only.

First experience of the Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo, centrally located close to Malls and the Business district and about 40 minutes from the Airport First impression a neat minimalist feel, super friendly staff and overall a very efficient and friendly hotel We had a junior suite on the 14th (of 15) floor, which was spacious and well appointed Breakfast in the main resturant was a buffet with stations to prepare eggs etc In the evening two dining options the A a carte in the main bar and buffet in the main resturant both of which we tried and were excellent, we had a big family meal in the buffet which was excellent but for a couple would probably go for the A a carte option Quiet swimming pool on the second floor (with gym etc), no service there during the week but a bar at the weekends when I assume its a lot busier Overall a very pleasant experience, a clean well run hotel but the staff stand out very friendly and helpful will certainly return

I have booked for my family and friends 3 rooms, 1 in trip.com for my father and additional 2 rooms u der *********** to my sister and friends. We like zuri on sense of family friendly and its location. The price has a bit difference from its site, and the two apps. By the way this is at least 5 times we stayed here for 2 years. The only complaint we have at this time is the cleanliness, specially the food. There is cockroach on my brothers soup, he already partially consumed. He handed over to the kitchen staff, they also immediately get the food from the buffet as to my brother. Though minimum could be atleast someone will come over for apologies. Nada. Seems service protocol is not in place for 4 star hotel. We always like the local spread of breakfast buffet here. Apart from those, my family and friends still have a good stay.

Sono così felice di aver scelto questo hotel per restare a casa.Sono arrivato con un bug di stomaco e mi sentivo molto malato. Pochi minuti dopo che ho chiamato il dipartimento di frontiera per chiedere un checkout tardivo, il supervisore del dipartimento, Erica, mi ha chiamato a chiedere graziosamente come facevo e mi ha offerto di mandare qualche cibo morbido e anche alcuni sali di idratazione. Ho rifiutato il cibo ma accolto con piacere l’Hydrite. Ero così felice di questo gesto da parte di Erica che mi sentivo immediatamente a casa e mi sono prolungato il soggiorno per altri due giorni. Questo hotel è di prima classe. E' super pulito in tutto il mondo, comprese le camere. È semplicemente un posto ben gestito. Il ristorante e il servizio erano fantastici (la cena era al prezzo dell'hotel, come previsto, ma il buffet colazione era gratuito). Ottimo personale atteso. Raccomando altamente il Richmonde Hotel Ililoilo e sarò certamente tornato.

Ho avuto difficoltà con il parcheggio, perché c'è un ufficio governativo situato all'interno dell'edificio. Mi sono controllato in una stanza diversa da quella che ho prenotato per, ma l'agente che mi ha aiutato a trasferirmi in una stanza più grande con una bella vista sul capitolo e sulla città. La parte inferiore della stanza è che non c'è telefono per contattare il ristorante, ma il cibo era grande!

Although the hotel LOOKS nice and is well designed, it is so poorly operated and managed it really ruined our stay. It all started at checkin when on my booking I had requested two adjoining or adjacent rooms as we have 4 small kids and total 7 in our party. I was given two rooms on two different floors. It wasn't until I complained loudly and explained my written request that they finally accommodated us. They only gave us one key for each room and since the room requires a card key for power and air con I asked for an additional key to which they wanted more money. It went down hill badly from there. When we got to the room the kids quickly realized that both rooms doors never locked and anyone could just walk in our rooms without a key. (This was recurring throughout the stay) Next was that the room air con remotes didn't work because the batteries were dead. Next were the non working TV's. And then the broken safe. Then the non working refrigerators. After that was the non-existent hot water. That one really pissed me off as the staff decided that I was an ***** that didn't know how to operate a faucet and they were going to teach me how to turn it on after I had waited over 10 + minites for hot water in the shower, bathtub and sink. How insulting and belittling to me to think that I don't know how to turn on hot water. Ultimately the hot water that evening was at only 37c. The errors continued throughout the evening until bed with the room, towels, internet, etc. During that evening I asked to speak to a manager about my issues as they were far too numerous but I was told there wasn't one available until Friday. So I told them I wanted an appointment on Friday. Our next morning we went to the restaurant for our included breakfast. Although there were 9 workers from my count and only 4 guests we got zero service at all. Not to mention the food was all cold. Their selection was purely Philippino and very few options either. My kids had toast for breakfast. We then went swimming in their pool. It's a nice view there on top but unfortunately there were no towels for us and the bathrooms were disgusting with no way for us to wipe or clean ourselves. Can't imagine how many get back in the pool like that. Surprisingly, they did have hot water there. When we returned to the room, none of our room keys worked for either room. We got news keys again. Then as we were getting ready to leave I realized that one of the keys they gave me could actually open ANY ROOM IN THE HOTEL. I asked one of the front desk people to accompany me while I showed them and they KNEW they had given me a master key and were ok with it. What ??? Later that morning we left for the day and returned at 430pm. I anticipated meeting the manager upon my return but unfortunately they arrived at 2 and left at 4 and they decided since I left the hotel I didn't need the manager anymore. Upon returning to the room we found out that the room doors were unlocked

È il miglior centro commerciale Robinson che abbia mai visitato, la posizione è eccellente, attaccata al centro commerciale Robinson tutti gli accessi sono disponibili nelle vicinanze, e il servizio dell'hotel è molto istantaneo, il personale di ricezione è molto meraviglioso e ospitato a in qualsiasi momento, mi piaceva davvero il posto e mi consigliavo davvero ogni visita una volta, andranno sempre per, apprezzare molto la gestione con grazie e saluti per insegnare al loro personale come ospitare una persona, Dio ci benedica tutti

Stai per la notte con colazione a buffet. Prenotato via Agoda, davvero buono per il prezzo! Rimase lo scorso febbraio 2020. Camera confortevole. Buona posizione anche. Camminando al centro commerciale. Bello personale! Guardia ci ha aiutato a ottenere un taxi all'aeroporto. Grazie!
