Prestazioni: non reagisce alla comunicazione e conferma che volevamo aggiornare la nostra stanza, pagando la differenza di prezzo, se disponibile. State: la posizione e la spiaggia sono meravigliose e probabilmente giustificano il prezzo per ciò che la spiaggia davanti e la sala giardino offre, cioè poco. Anche se ci sono aria condizionata e acqua calda (solo nel doccia), non ci sono tessuti o cassetti dove mettervi i vestiti. Solo pochi pendenti, inutili per la maggior parte dei vestiti portati a una spiaggia, solo una tavola e una lampada. Nessuna sedia o tavolo nella stanza (vale a dire le camere di fronte alla spiaggia. Sembra che le camere di collina siano più grandi e hanno un accoppiamento e un secondo tavolo a letto) e, naturalmente, nessun TV e nessun frigorifero. Internet accessibile solo nella zona di pranzo. Il personale è piacevole ed efficiente.Il cibo è OK secondo le norme occidentali.Colazione OK. Selezione di bar molto povera, tuttavia, sono andato alla comunità adiacente per comprare un po' di liquore ... The location is good, near the night-out areas, fast food chains, and a mall (SM). The hotel was clean and organized. However, the only downside is their lack of responsiveness across all forms of communication. Phone calls just ring without being answered, and their landline, website, and Facebook pages are equally unresponsive. Despite a slight delay due to a problem with the keycard, the stay itself was great. The rooms are clean, and the staff are nice and polite. The greatest selling point is their cheap price.

Although the hotel LOOKS nice and is well designed, it is so poorly operated and managed it really ruined our stay. It all started at checkin when on my booking I had requested two adjoining or adjacent rooms as we have 4 small kids and total 7 in our party. I was given two rooms on two different floors. It wasn't until I complained loudly and explained my written request that they finally accommodated us. They only gave us one key for each room and since the room requires a card key for power and air con I asked for an additional key to which they wanted more money. It went down hill badly from there. When we got to the room the kids quickly realized that both rooms doors never locked and anyone could just walk in our rooms without a key. (This was recurring throughout the stay) Next was that the room air con remotes didn't work because the batteries were dead. Next were the non working TV's. And then the broken safe. Then the non working refrigerators. After that was the non-existent hot water. That one really pissed me off as the staff decided that I was an ***** that didn't know how to operate a faucet and they were going to teach me how to turn it on after I had waited over 10 + minites for hot water in the shower, bathtub and sink. How insulting and belittling to me to think that I don't know how to turn on hot water. Ultimately the hot water that evening was at only 37c. The errors continued throughout the evening until bed with the room, towels, internet, etc. During that evening I asked to speak to a manager about my issues as they were far too numerous but I was told there wasn't one available until Friday. So I told them I wanted an appointment on Friday. Our next morning we went to the restaurant for our included breakfast. Although there were 9 workers from my count and only 4 guests we got zero service at all. Not to mention the food was all cold. Their selection was purely Philippino and very few options either. My kids had toast for breakfast. We then went swimming in their pool. It's a nice view there on top but unfortunately there were no towels for us and the bathrooms were disgusting with no way for us to wipe or clean ourselves. Can't imagine how many get back in the pool like that. Surprisingly, they did have hot water there. When we returned to the room, none of our room keys worked for either room. We got news keys again. Then as we were getting ready to leave I realized that one of the keys they gave me could actually open ANY ROOM IN THE HOTEL. I asked one of the front desk people to accompany me while I showed them and they KNEW they had given me a master key and were ok with it. What ??? Later that morning we left for the day and returned at 430pm. I anticipated meeting the manager upon my return but unfortunately they arrived at 2 and left at 4 and they decided since I left the hotel I didn't need the manager anymore. Upon returning to the room we found out that the room doors were unlocked

We had a 5 day stay at this resort recently and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is a two minute ride from the airport. I believe the entire island only has two hotels! All the staff members took great care of us each day, especially Jonas and Meds at the restaurant. Lycel was also friendly. The culinary experience was exemplary. Hats off to the chef for making each and every meal we had so delicious! It was my first time trying KBL soup and I really enjoyed the jackfruit in this savory and sour soup. They were also able to provide custom made dishes at our request such as Kangkung with shrimp paste which is my favorite! We also did a hike with Clement which was a fun experience and a good workout. The view from the top of the mountain was beautiful. The staff also helped us arrange a private boat tour to do some island hopping and visit a lagoon which we very much enjoyed. My only concern is the water pressure in the shower is not the greatest and some of the prices of beverages and bottled water are a bit high. But these are minor issues and would not deter me from recommending this place.

LOCATION: Located at the very heart of Iloilo FOOD: With Breakfast Buffet (Good Selection of Food) 👍👍 One good thing for this hotel. ROOM: Spacious, but we booked a room with no window view. Maybe choose a room with a view. OTHERS: Has a grocery store at the ground floor; Famous Fastfood Chains are also located below. STAFF: Nothing special but nothing to complain with

Ho avuto difficoltà con il parcheggio, perché c'è un ufficio governativo situato all'interno dell'edificio. Mi sono controllato in una stanza diversa da quella che ho prenotato per, ma l'agente che mi ha aiutato a trasferirmi in una stanza più grande con una bella vista sul capitolo e sulla città. La parte inferiore della stanza è che non c'è telefono per contattare il ristorante, ma il cibo era grande!
