Ifrane: hotel con bar

Nella stanza dell'hotel, non c'è ventola, non c'è un serbatoio di acqua calda, la sedia è difficile da trovare, la finestra è ventosa, anche se c'è calore nella stanza, ma la stanza è fredda dopo il vento.Il serbatoio di acqua calda va alla reception e la reception dice che l'hotel non è fornito.Il personale di servizio è molto comune in inglese. L'hotel non ha ascensore, e c'è nell'edificio.Le scale di diverse altezze devono passare, il bagaglio è molto inconveniente. Il ristorante deve andare dall'edificio al lobby prima, e poi passare dall'lobby in direzione opposta per arrivare al ristorante, a distanza relativamente lunga. L'hotel ha detto che le 8:00 hanno iniziato la colazione, ma quando siamo arrivati alle 8:10, la porta del ristorante non era ancora aperta.Quando sono usciti dal negozio, ho chiesto al personale di servizio di aiutare a prendere il bagaglio, ma non c'era ancora nessun personale di servizio per prendere il bagaglio alle 9:00. L'interruttore della porta della stanza è anche troppo duro, dovrebbe essere la ragione della deformazione della porta.
