Hotel vicini a Mirador del Drago a Icod de los Vinos

L'hotel è molto consigliabile, è in un piacevole vecchio edificio che è stato guardato bene, con lucidi lavori di legno ovunque e generosamente proporzionate camere da letto (e vaste camere pubbliche). Tuttavia, sarebbe sbagliato suggerire che tutto è vecchio stile: la TV era hi-spec e il wifi funzionava molto bene, anche il colazione era eccellente, con una grande scelta. In generale, è probabilmente il migliore dei quattro posti che abbiamo soggiornato durante una recente visita a Tenerife. Molto raccomandato.

Da tantissimi anni abituè di Tenerife in particolare Puerto de la Cruz,frequento questa zona da prima che l'hotel venisse costruito.questa volta è stato ulteriormente migliore dato che ci siamo trovati benissimo all'Hotel Puerto Palace, Hotel raccolto e stupendo,curato al massimo, personale TUTTO più che gentilissimo, pulizia, servizi, ristorante,bar che dire, a chi interessa wifi ottima dappertutto veramente ...TOP!!! Ci torno sicuramente,e non ci penserò due volte dove soggiornare . Complimenti!!

Hotel molto bello, nuovissimo, stanza grande e ben arredata, bagno spazioso con doccia enorme. Personale gentile. Colazione salata vastissima, meno scelta per il dolce. Posizione centralissima, si può girare Puerto de la Cruz anche a piedi. Credo che in altissima stagione si possa faticare un po' a trovare parcheggio,noi a metà settembre non abbiamo avuto problemi. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. TOP!

Happy to write that this hotel far exceeded some of the other reviews. It was not without fault- when we arrived the receptionist was lovely, but our room smelt as people had smoked there and covered the smoke alarm. We returned to reception who quickly upgraded us and we keen to help. The room we were transferred to had comfortable beds and air conditioning The pool outside is far bigger than the photos suggest, my daughter and I had a great time as my wife relaxed by the pool bar. The barman they hired was also very friendly and helpful We had half board and I've stayed in many places with inclusive food. The food was fresh every day with a great selection. I don't know what people are complaining about but compared to some places I have stayed, at Pez Azul the food was fresh, varied and interesting. The reception also helpfully sells 5L bottled water for a good price, saving any hassle of going out to buy it. We would stay here again.

This hotel is excellent we loved every part of it. Stayed in room 620 ideal for reception/pool (level 7) and restaurant (level five) the hotel is spotless the staff are excellent and the sound of the sea each evening is soothing. Tips The hotel is a bit of a distance to the main town it’s very hilly and we only went down once you can walk a kind of cliff path but it’s full of stairs which after a while kills you and gets very tedious. Go out of the hotel walk to the top road go right and you will see a walkway with steps follow them down (they are called the Agatha Christie steps as there is a statue as she had a house there each step has a book title on them) just keep following the road down to the sea front loads of shops and restaurants plus the lido ( which is due to open soon) you can either walk back or get a taxi (4/5 euros) we didn’t bother going again as the Main Street above the hotel had many bar’s restaurants and shops very reasonable priced excellent service not much of a party time if you like that kind of thing down town will be better for you. Food Breakfast is amazing plenty of choice and easy to get through Evening meal got board quickly so used only a couple of times drinks expensive and didn’t approve they charged for water you pay for drinks on the way out or you can charge money to your room and top up when it runs out we preferred to pay as we go drinks wise we preferred to eat out and give to local family business etc. The pool The rule is no personal towels you need to hire them from reception ten euros (refundable with receipt) to change for fresh one one euro exchange but we found we could use both our own and the hotels the reason they like you to use them to show that you are staying there and haven’t sneaked in. The bar is good very professional service. The room Lovely views over the sea the bathroom has been the best I have ever had abroad lives the multi shower lights and the screen window trick great fun to play with tv is crap so we always take a fire stick power lead and remote control Wi-Fi is very good the codes allow two devices per ticket but you can have as many as you like we had three tablets two phones and a fire stick don’t forget to put in the code for your fire stick to make it work you might not get every thing you get at home but it’s better than the tv without it We booked with jet2 excellent transfers etc the excursions we booked was the body trip up the side of the island we managed to see whales and dolphins I do warn it will be a long day 11.45 we left and didn’t get back until eight pm if you don’t like rough conditions sea wise this trip might not be for you as four plus hours on a boat feeling sea sick isn’t much fun there is chance to swim off the boat the food was a bit naff not to everyone’s taste take a jumper it can start to get cold. We arrived early evening with a quick check in with time for an evening meal. Clean, practical room with kettle, fridge and basic kitchen equipment if looking to self cater. We had a lovely room overlooking beautiful gardens with a view to Mt Teide. Shuttle bus to town centre in mornings and late afternoons.. Free WiFi and TV (no BBC). Animation programme 5 days a week offering range of activities. The evening bingo and quiz was different and amusing. The breakfast menu was varied, evening meals ok with plenty of dishes for meat/fish eaters and fewer options for vegetarians. However, restaurant team happy to accommodate vegetarian meal requests. All the staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. The decoration, fixtures and fittings, etc reflect the age of the hotel. Ongoing maintenance, re-decoration and updating is evident. If you prefer a newly built hotel with the latest features this is not for you. The gardens make this hotel; if you enjoy flora, fauna and soaking up nature then this is the place for you. We would return.
