Genuinely the most amazing place!! Food is phenomenal, there’s so much choice and I promise you now you’ll never be hungry, drinks flowing all day long too. The entertainment in the evening is class, we enjoyed Kareoke, live singers, pool Zumba and so much more. Staff are amazing, special shout out to Marta… the loveliest woman we had so much fun with her. We will DEFINITELY come back!! Thank you to all the staff you have been amazing !!

From the moment we arrived, the service was fabulous. A lovely chilled vibe and funky design with well thought out little touches. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us hints and tips. Our room was a studio, which was large with plenty of space, the bed was extremely comfortable, we asked for an extra pillow each and no problem, provided immediately, Bathroom was great and the power shower was brilliant. Air-conditioning was spot and a great relief from the 32 degree heat. Pool area is brilliant, sun beds readily available and the pool was so inviting and it was just such a relaxed vibe all day. The service around the pool was fantastic too and a special mention for Andrea, who was really nice, pleasant and a credit to your hotel. Food was exceptional and we loved the quirkiness of the menu, i would definitely recommend eating here. Good location, easily get a water taxi (less than 5 minute walk) for 4 euros each or a 15 minute walk to the main ***** area. The only reason it isn't a 5 star review is because as non-smokers we found it uncomfortable that smokers can smoke anywhere around the pool. Maybe, have a smoking area and a non-smoking area to satisfy everyone. Would highly recommend this hotel, thanks for making it a really enjoyable stay.

Hotel molto conveniente soprattutto quando prenoti con pasti inclusi. Abbiamo prenotato con la mezza pensione, sia la colazione che la cena erano abbastanza buone. A pochi passi da un supermercato e dal porto turistico. L'accoglienza è stata cordiale e disponibile. Le camere erano essenziali ma pulite. Nessun reclamo

Quarta volta all’Ushuaia in 4 anni Nostro hotel preferito a Ibiza. Ha tutto e di più. Bellissime camere con tutto quello che serve, modernissime, organizzate e pulite (voto 8). Spiaggia strepitosa (voto 10) con lettini recentemente aggiornati e materassi comodissimi (incluso nel prezzo). Piscina ibiza style, con dj set e ballerine (voto 9) Colazione da mille e una notte (voto 10), tutto quello che vi sognate e oltre. Tra cui, Champagne, kebab preparato sul momento, caviale, bellota affettato a mano, selezione infinita di pani e brioche e tantissimo altro ancora. Servizio di valet parking molto efficiente se avete l’auto (voto 9). Accesso gratuito a tutte le serate musicali nella bellissima discoteca all’aperto, con i migliori dj della scena mondiale (Calvin Harris, David Guetta, etc) (voto 10). Quest’anno abbiamo notato però soprattutto un incremento notevole nel livello di servizio (voto 10 e lode), che rispetto agli altri anni è diventato più cortese, più efficiente e più attento al cliente, in tutti i settori dell’hotel, dalla reception alla spiaggia alla piscina alla colazione alla pulizia delle camere. Non sono ammessi i bambini (bonus). Non è a buon mercato ma vale i soldi spesi se volete una soluzione di alto livello (rapporto qualità prezzo voto 8) Per noi il migliore a Ibiza.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Sadly, a lot of things were not executed as they should be and for that reason we give it an average rating overall. The food was always cold despite being under lights or being brought out from the kitchen, things would run out & not being replenished (something as simple as semi-skimmed milk for cereal, none on three of the days I tried and we didn’t go to breakfast late), ordering drinks for them never to arrive or be given the wrong ones. Not enough foam cushions for all of the sun loungers making that hunt for the sunbed even harder - unless you were happy to be uncomfortable. Beds around the pool that were comfortable cost €100 per day!! No welcome drink on arrival yet everyone in front of us got one. Not told about the gym/spa facilities or how to book the restaurants or about any available activities yet we saw people doing Yoga?. Mini bar never replenished but we were offered 15mins before check out if we needed it doing. Very little to no service around the pool for drinks as it was always ‘ask my colleague’ or I will be back in one minute never to return again. Entertainment around the pool was not till approx 16:00 which I found a bit late in the day, people are leaving soon after to get ready for dinner. Given towels for two full days only to be told on the third I needed a towel card from reception and refused a towel after we had waited half an hour (as they ran out at 9am) only for my partner to walk straight up two minutes later and be given two, just no consistency. We had a nice stay and I have stayed in worse places, but for the money and comparing it to other all inclusive hotels I have stayed at this one gets 3/5.

Hotel eccellente in un'ottima posizione, tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno è a pochi passi di distanza. L'area della piscina è perfetta, considerando che l'hotel è situato nella zona di San Antonio, l'atmosfera era molto rilassata, cosa che preferisco di gran lunga durante il giorno. La colazione era deliziosa e c'era molto da scegliere. La mia preferita era la stazione delle frittate! Cercherò sicuramente di tornarci.

Buona pulizia, camere spaziose, abbiamo soggiornato con mezza pensione e la cena è stata sempre di buona qualità. Lo consiglio anche per la posizione, vicino il porto e centrale. Unica pecca (se se ne vuole trovare una) la colazione, non molto varia.

Tutto era perfetto. Bere ecc. Solo il cibo mi ha colpito molto, forse non avrei dovuto aspettare troppo da questo.

Siamo stati per una settimana, è stata una settimana bellissima. Mi piacerebbe ringraziare a Fernando e Alvaro per il suo aiuto, sono i ragazzi che lavorano nella reception, ci hanno aiutato a trovare i posti più belli dell'isola, e sempre con un sorriso. Grazie mille per tutto! Tornerò 🫶🏾

Awful hotel from A to Z. We arrived with my husband at the hotel at 23:00 p.m for only one night (check out at 12:00 the day after so less than 12 hours in the hotel). We discovered that although we booked a double room as a couple and made expressly the request to have a king size bed, the hotel offered only twins beds, and proposed an upgrade to a suit for 120 euros extra to be able to sleep in the same bed ! It is a shame and a scam !! The room cost us 420 euros for 12 hours for a very awful hotel : 1/ the hotel design in itself is very basic - like an airport hotel. Some of the floor tiles were broken 2/ The entrance has a very bad smell and generally the hotel does not smell good. 3/ the upgrade to the suit was a joke. There is a chair, and they call it a suit. 4/ the cleaning is very poor. We found an opened bottle of water in the room. Gross. 5/ the A/C does not work well, and despite the fact that we have turned it into the coolest possible, it was still very hot in the room m 6/ the bed is not confortable, and only one pillow per person is offered. The sheets are bad quality. We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as Ibiza has a lot of other good options. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel.
