From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were royalty! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could want from a five-star hotel.

L'hotel si è rivelato piuttosto deludente. Le stanze erano lontane dall'essere accattivanti, segnate da graffi e sporcizia. Era evidente che la manutenzione era stata trascurata per un po' di tempo. Quando ho chiesto una stanza diversa, l'atteggiamento del direttore della reception è stato tutto tranne che soddisfacente, sfiorando l'arroganza. Mi avevano fatto credere che avrei goduto di una vista splendida, ma tutto ciò che avevo era una vista poco attraente dietro l'hotel. Inutile dire che la mia esperienza mi ha lasciato piuttosto scoraggiato, specialmente considerando che il mio soggiorno è avvenuto durante la stagione alta. Non posso in buona coscienza raccomandare questo hotel.

È la quinta volta che torniamo in questo hotel. Il costo è aumentato molto, i servizi sono peggiorati, il concierge non riesce ad avere canali preferenziali per i locali e gli stabilimenti più gettonati. La stanza prenotata era una junior suite con vista su Ibiza. Ci avevano assegnato una stanza senza vista al primo piano sopra ai lavori in corso per la ristrutturazione del ristorante sulla terrazza. Mi sono rifiutato. La conseguenza è stata che, dopo la prima notte, abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza. La colazione è sempre eccellente. Qualche anno fa c’era un chitarrista che suonava la Bossanova. Ormai manca da anni

Ho soggiornato al grand hotel di Ibiza i primi di maggio, esperienza è stata superiore ad ogni aspettativa, sono rimasto colpito dalla cura del design della pulizia e dell’accoglienza, la vicinanza alla parte vecchia, al Pacha e la vicinanza al porto mi porta consigliare questo hotel. Cinque stelle meritatissime

Albergo di gran livello servizi eccellenti camere ampie di design personale molto attento al cliente. Piscina molto grande con tutti i comfort. Colazione super. Ottima posizione vicino al centro . Suite spettacolare personale cordiale e preparato . Hotel moderno di design complimenti al direttore per la scelta del personale nulla lasciato al caso

Siamo stati in questa bellissima casa diverse volte, ma ci sono stati problemi con la fatturazione durante il nostro ultimo soggiorno. Non appena siamo partiti, ci hanno addebitato le bevande del minibar che non avevamo, quindi cancellate al momento del check-out e tutto sembrava chiaro. Ora, quando controllo la mia carta di credito, ricevo un altro conto e quando l'ho chiesto, mi sembrava di aver svuotato tutte le mini bottiglie di vodka, gin, rum, birra, ecc. - dall'altra parte della banca... quindi 2 volte così errore di fila e poi la lentezza a reagire... per Teleofn ovviamente non aiuta... Non accettabile per un hotel del genere Forse uno del servizio in camera è scontroso e l'ospite è autorizzato a pagare? In ogni caso... MAI PIÙ

This hotel was recommended by a friend for their location and their breakfast buffet but everything about our experience exceeded expectations and was beyond 5 star! We went on our honeymoon to Spain earlier in May. We stayed at 5 star hotels in Barcelona, Ibiza and Madrid. I told all of them that it was our honeymoon in the notes section of the reservation, but the Ibiza Gran was the only hotel that made us feel special about it. Gustavo did an amazing job at showing us our room amenities. He made me want to clap with the way he opened the curtains to show us the the view of Old Town Ibiza - we upgraded to the Panoramic Junior Suite and it was so worth it! Then he asked why we were visiting and we said our honeymoon, he said "oh ok, the hotel must be doing something special for you then"...as he walked us to the entrance of our room and showed us a display of champagne on ice, chocolates, balloons and a note from the GM thanking us for choosing to stay there. Some how Gustavo managed to make us miss this when we walked in, or he had some undercover help, either way it was such a beautiful surprise! The TV in the room said welcome Mr & Mrs ***, another great touch. But here's the real kicker! They surprised us by offering to drive us to dinner in the hotels Bentley car service. No where on their website is this advertised so we were in total AWE! They have one Bentley and I chose early May to avoid the crowds, and I'm so grateful of this because we were able to get dropped off in a Bentley every time we left the hotel. Luis was so great at arranging this and Javi was a fun driver with great music. The buffet lived up to it's reputation, but again it was the combination of the staff, toiletries in the room, the view and location, the Bentley car service and their attention to detail! We will stay here every time we come to Ibiza!!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Ibiza Gran. It started with a gracious welcome from Pedro at reception. I was nervous about the hotel because of the Ibiza reputation (and reality) for being a non stop party destination but our room was quiet and had black out curtains that really helped us sleep. The king size matrass in our Junior Suite was very comfortable. To a person, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast might be the best breakfast I have ever had at anywhere. I particularly liked that they have numerous non-breakfast items available. Is is an expensive hotel but they deliver value with the quality of the restaurants, pools, bars, and the helpfulness of the staff. It is clear that the great service is instilled in the staff and I really cannot see from my experience how The Ibiza Gran would ever get a bad review.

Do yourself a favor and add Ibiza Gran Hotel to your must stay list in Ibiza! The property is ideally located near all of the action, yet it feels like a private sanctuary at the same time. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the food! The property has some of the best cuisine I’ve experienced at any hotel in Spain with an abundance of restaurant options. Also, the new Open Spa is incredible, the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring the island. I already can’t wait to return to Ibiza Gran Hotel! :)
