Buon cibo nel ristorante panoramico, colazione perfetta! Ottima scelta Comoda vasca da bagno in camera e bella vista.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in hotel. Tutto era fantastico, soprattutto la colazione! Il personale è stato sempre molto amichevole e collaborativo. L'arredamento è un po' vecchiotto, ma è tutto molto pulito.

La colazione è molto buona. L'albergo è pulito. Ma nella stanza vengono utilizzati molti accessori. La cassetta di sicurezza nella stanza era rotta.

The room was nice and clean and the personnel was polite and friendly. Since we checked out really early in the morning, they even gave us a breakfast bag with very healthy food choices, like real yoghurt with no sugar and a delicious sandwich. The AC was working well, the windows were blocking the outside noise making the room quiet and perfect for sleeping. The only unusual part was having to insert the room card to turn the lights on, but this is a minor detail. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The hotel rooms are very aged and contrasting with the very modern hallway. The breakfast options are limited and there’s barely any fresh fruit or options for people with dietary requirements. The bathroom was very aged as well and the toilet brush was dirty and very visibly so. Everything is wrapped in plastic, even individual toilet rolls or glasses. The room was very stuffy and we had to figure out a way to get it to cool down whilst maintaining some sort of fresh air flow which was very difficult. The reception staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming - they did their job and nothing more. The location is very good and whenever we needed something from housekeeping they were very fast in providing it to us which was nice. Overall still one of the best options in Iasi but either the pricing / star rating needs adjusting or the rooms / facilities need refreshing to account for the price and rating.

Soon after checking in, a hotel staff member came to our room with a nice bottle of wine and two glasses wishing me a ‘Happy Birthday’. That was a very nice surprise. And one more thing: their breakfast is the best in town.

Great location but not much else to recommend it. Room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 night stay, we were informed on the last day we needed to put a sign outside before 11am if we wanted the room cleaned. Reception staff seemed angry to be bothered by any minor request and were rude, even by Romanian standards. My suit was taken to be dry-cleaned, returned uncleaned without explanation but they still tried to charge me on checkout and argued with me when I asked for it to be taken off the bill. Pool area is also pretty poor especially as it is used for childrens’ swimming lessons which go on all day meaning it’s noisy and half the already small pool is off limits.

Nice property albeit a bit passed its prime. Rooms clean but in need of updating…especially bathrooms and AC which was noisy. Gym and spa very nice…and a great pool and sauna area. Waited one hour for Dinner to arrive at outdoor cafe: waiter forgot to pick up our order. Breakfast: very good variety but I have a problem with sliced white bread from a plastic bag when so many better options are available in Romania. Front desk staff friendly. Given the amenities available and location, would likely stay here again…but the hotel needs to upgrade to maintain its edge.
