Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives on the same property. Main road 30 m from the property. The house is located on a small, family campsite with 10 pitches, which are only occupied by regular guests in July and August. "Magali", 2-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, TV, radio and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (ladder), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 sleeping facility (140 cm). Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Rental and friendly owner and the rentals that are next door are very discreet. Only the road behind it is noisy.

Schönes Ferienhaus für maximal 4 Personen. Für 6 Personen wird es extrem eng. Schöne Lage im Grünen (auf einem kleinen privaten Campingplatz auf einem abgeschlossen Grundstück) und trotzdem nahe der Innenstadt. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter, aber mit dem
