Location and service is good but rooms are small and has wifi issue. Food quality and quantity is great.

Poor rooms with mosquitos inhabited. No proper room service. Bed is terrible. Staffs are not all pleasant.

The stay was good
but in some things they weren't ready to adjust
language was a problem
i wish it would have been a little better the hotel was good but service could have been a little better

It was a nice stay. Room was nit and clean. Mini refrigerator facility in the room is available. . Room service is quick. 24 hours tea and coffee is available in the room. Quality of food is very good and budget friendly. Qulity and batiety of buffet lunch was excellent.

Location of the hotel is near irrum manzil metro station and is well connected. Regarding stay, room is average type and doesnt match with tarrif; these type of rooms should be 2k max. Though i paid around 3. 8k. For food, buffet price is rs 525+ gst, better options are available at nearby restutants which are less expensive too.

The room can have more facilities. At least a hot water kettle, cups and glasses should be provided in room.

Property location is fantastic. Room size is ok. Cleanliness of toilets is not up to mark. Staffs are polite and ok.
