I specially went in before booking to be sure there was a hot tub- front desk assured me there was one- then I booked the room- the hot tub was colder than the pool- and had been for over 24 hours according to other guests.

Hotel was clean and hotel employees are very helpful and nice! I’d recommend 10/10! Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Weekend qet away for 3 days with my husband we just want to relax and enjoy the hot tub and pool and have some quiet time , the only complaints I have was couple children running around making some noises don’t know where was the adults supervising there children. Was noisy @ 1 am until 2 am I couldn’t sleep. Was very anointed & de respectful for the other staying here at hotel . I didn’t call management I should but I didn’t. Or and children did so much mess in the hallway trash was unbelievable.

The employees were excellent! They were very helpful, polite and friendly. They were working on renovations meaning it was a little noisier than normal but they left it to normal hours so it didn't disrupt our rest.

Not bad overall - they are remodeling right now - messy outside - Power in the bathroom didn’t work so no working hairdryer. Staff was very friendly

Everything was great but you should put that you charge $30 for pet fee on the web page so That we know before we get there thanks

Over all we had a great stay. The pool was clean and we loved the value of the room and the great breakfast we got! Definitely will be staying again.

This building has been here for several years and under several different brand flags going back to the early 2000’s, I use to live on the cape so I have an understanding of the area. The area has always had a bad rap, but the new owners have seem to have taken on that reputation head on. My room was very clean, and with out an oder. The mattress were new, comfortable, and in capsulated which was a nice surprise. Over all the place is clean. It is under renovation in areas, when I checked in there was a carpenter taking off molding in the lobby but during the day I did not hear any construction. It’s obvious where they are working, you can see it by the paint not being complete, but it does not take away from the over all experience or comfort. Staff is super friendly and really seem to care. Almost like what true Cape Cod Hospitality should be. They are trying hard, give them a try. I think you will be pleased.

Visited March 14-17 and the WHOLE time they were doing construction all day. On the 16th the Fire Dept had to come because the dust from the sanding of the walls in the hallway was so thick it set the alarms off. Literally burning the eyes and throats of all the patrons here. Staff was great but very poor general management. No one could make a decision. Steer clear of this place, at least until the construction is done.

Easy check in, nice comp breakfast, clean, pleasant staff, nice shower. Beds are a little firm.

They need to complete construction already! Otherwise amenities and room, service, excellent.

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed all the amenities, the pool, the hot tub and the sauna. Breakfast was good and room was nice and clean. The people at the hotel were helpful. Thank you

I don't blame the hotel management or staff for this one, but there was a group of families staying on my floor who were allowing their kids to play and be loud in the hallway past quiet time it got to a point where I had to get up and tell them to quiet down because I was trying to sleep. needless to say I didn't sleep very good
