The home cinema room is just Incredible. The managers Michael speak petfect english and is such a nice man. He helped me for everything, my laundry, my Taxi (because I didn't have wechat pay) and was so kind. All the staff was very helpfull too and patient. The hotel seems very new, and the equipment is made of quality. My next trip to Hanzhou I will stay same hotel for sure. Unbeatable.

一直不知小西街有住宿，這次來體驗一下老房改建的僅有五間房的民居。秋雨綿綿，入住時並無他人，感覺承包了整棟樓。聽雨，品茗，聞香，閲讀，靜享美好時光！房間舒適，設施齊全，茶水自助，民宿不提供早餐，平台上卻有免費早餐，因此店家額外送了一份水果。恆温淋浴，全自動感應馬桶，戴森吹風機，房間內地毯起到了隔音效果，值得再次入住。下次可以品嚐他家旁邊開的意大利冰淇淋，體驗各類手工製作，美餐😀

L'hotel è situato in una vecchia parte di Huzhou. Ci piaceva davvero l'area circostante. Il personale del desk front era molto utile e amichevole. La camera dispone di tutte le strutture, abbastanza comodo per 2 persone. Il colazione è molto nutriente e ci piaceva molto. La stanza non era pulita durante il nostro soggiorno, ma anche la signora non avevano fornito abbastanza asciugamani per 2 persone. L'altro giorno ho chiesto al dipendente del dipartimento frontale, se le loro regole includono la pulizia della stanza e mi ha detto che dovrei chiedere specificamente la pulizia della stanza. Oltre a quella piccola cosa, ci piaceva tutto. Grazie per averci Grazie Inn 😊

L'hotel superaspettato, la stanza è abbastanza grande e si separa a secco. La posizione dell'hotel è a distanza dalla strada di vestaglia, la strada di Yuan, la piccola strada occidentale è molto vicina, ci sono diversi ristoranti vicini.C'è un parcheggio, anche se non un parcheggio molto grande, ma siamo andati a parcheggio in vacanza. Anche senza un posto di auto, è possibile parcheggiare nel parcheggio vicino a Yanbei Hotel.Il servizio è buono. Non abbiamo bisogno di pulire la stanza, ma la sorella maggiore del servizio ha iniziato a chiedere e fornire acqua, e la notte è tranquilla.

UUtente ospiteTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

UUtente ospiteBuona per prendere belle foto per i social media, ma piuttosto poca esperienza utente. L'estetica di questo posto è buona, alcuni angoli sono davvero affascinanti. E' comunque il comfort che apprezziamo più in un hotel, così come il servizio di qualità e purtroppo non sono allo stesso livello di estetica.
La stanza è grande, ma non ci sono divano né sedie a sedere e chattare confortevolmente, solo le due enormi sedie pesanti all'angolo opposto di questa lunga stanza. Nessuna porta reale, solo alcune porte di stile saloon aperte in mezzo, lasciando fuori l'acqua dal doccia e odori dal bagno. Nessun bagno fornito che è strano per l’hotel who’s main entertainment facility è la piscina all’aperto.
Nella piscina esterna ci sono pochi sedie a ponte e nessuno ombrello.
La comunicazione era povera, soprattutto per via di chat, poiché il personale non parla inglese. Abbiamo chiesto due volte in anticipo l'opzione vegetariana per il colazione e ci hanno portato la carne nel set di colazione (solo cibo cinese disponibile), ma l'esperienza è stata piuttosto deludente. Sono felice di aver prenotato la notte.
Per quanto riguarda l'ambiente, non c'è accesso alla foresta di bamboo dietro l'hotel o lungo la strada. E prendete cura dei cani aggressivi non rilasciati nel villaggio lungo la strada se si decide di andare a fare una passeggiata vicino all'hotel.

Salute: c'è stato un buon sviluppo dell'industria popolare di Angie da tempo. Gli dettagli sanitari, i servizi e altri sono stati abbastanza buoni. Sono stati rompere i problemi che avevano preoccupato per la salute popolare e sono stati molto comodi per soggiornare.
Ambiente: a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro turistico della prateria, si può raggiungere il vecchio bus turistico.

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.
Did I overpay? Yes
Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes
Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes
Will the hotel improve? I hope so
Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

Torniamo alla reception e chiediamo di organizzare la pulizia rapidamente, il personale della reception ci ha chiesto di aspettare la pulizia e che la pulizia ci vorrà circa un'ora, siamo tornati in zona della villa ma nessuno veniva per la pulizia per molto tempo, noi sono stati spinti a fare servizio diverse volte e alla fine la gente dalla ricezione è venuta a pulire la struttura invece di pulire il personale. Commento speciale su questa villa - non sembra buono all'interno e chiaramente richiede il rinnovo di decorazione.
