Il resort è un cinque stelle molto lontano dal centro di Hurghada di seguito vi elenco tutto PRO: L’all inclusive rispetta i canoni , da bere di discreta qualità rispetto a molti altri e anche nei pasti magari poca scelta ma superiore alla media Ristoranti: Ce ne sono sono 5 , due abuffet con la stessa offerta, uno giapponese, uno italiano oltre ad uno etnico questi ultimi a pagamento eccezion fatta di un usufrutto gratuito su prenotazione, mi raccomando già la prima sera di mettervi d’accordo dalle 12 alle 14 con l’accettazione prenotazioni dei ristoranti altrimenti non troverete mai posto Camera: Spaziosa, bel terrazzo , letto purtroppo da rivedere, Buona la scelta dei saponi è gradita la sorpresa all’ingresso tra acqua e bibite bibite gassate Piscine: Sono tre tutte con degli scivoli ben gestite , lo spazio perlomeno in media stagione lo troverete sempre spa: Prezzi eccellenti lungo orario, le donne donne fanno i massaggi agli uomini cosa non scontata e per percorso Hammam eccezionale, buona anche la palestra al suo interno CONTRO: Personale: Irritante, non trovo altri aggettivi, Per quattro giorni ogni volta che chiedevo qualcosa dalla dalla semplice informazione all’esigenza mi trovavo davanti persone che quasi mi deridevano.. già dall’accettazione del check-in mi sono reso conto di quanto il personale fosse poco qualificato, Inglese pessimo alcuni addirittura neanche lo parlano posizione: Terribile, siete praticamente a 30 km da tutto ogni volta che dovete fare l’escursione programmate 40 minuti di strada per arrivare ad destinazione Wifi: sì come praticamente tutti attaccati due cellulari in camera è quasi certo che entrambi non mi funzioneranno più dopo due minuti di utilizzo un dramma Che dire ad hutgada si trova facilmente di meglio ma x le famiglie sicuramente indicato Molto sgradevole perlomeno durante il mio soggiorno il nauseabondo odore all’ingresso come biglietto di visita non è il massimo

Sono ora in questo splendido posto da quattro giorni , eravamo scettici per alcune recensioni che non ci erano piaciute , il resort bellissimo e molto particolare , ci stiamo trovando benissimo , e ci stiamo godendo la vacanza alla grande , camere molto belle e spaziose con accesso diretto alla piscina ,pulitissima e sempre ordinata , spazi comuni molto puliti ,spiaggia grande e pulita , bar ovunque dove bere e mangiare snack, ristorante self service con una varietà di pietanze da paura ( anche il più schizzinoso non muore di fame) primi secondi dolci di tutto , personale disponibile e sempre gentilissimo ,che dire ? Potrei scrivere molte altre belle cose ma credo che basti questo per ora perché ora ci aspetta una ricca colazione e una splendida giornata in questo posto splendido 💙💙💙

A lovely hotel and a really positive experience. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was excellent. They provide water everyday and there is a fridge and safe in the room. The hotel is big but doesn’t feel overly massive compared to some of the other resorts near by. First impressions very good with the newly refurbished lobby and downstairs area. The hotel has had a brilliant face lift compared to some of the older photos on Trip Advisor. The pools were great and everything was always very clean. The gardens are landscaped beautifully. We spent most of our time by the adult pool which was quiet and had a bar. There are a few other pools which are a bit louder and more for families. The aqua park is good and new because it’s in it own self contained area. Slides for small and big kids/ adults which is fun. The beach is also nice as it’s private, there are plenty of sun-beds and shade. Food wise, we enjoyed the buffet and there are some A La Carte restaurants included in the All Inclusive. These were nice to visit for a change. The food was always very fresh. Breakfast is good at the main buffet and the option of going to the beach restaurant as well. The bars are good. Only local alcohol is part of the All Inclusive but we didn’t have any problems at all, they made nice cocktails and the service was fast. I wish there was another spot by the pool to get ice cream rather than just at the aqua park. We went on a diving excursion where we scuba dived for the first time. This was through the diving centre at the hotel. The trip was a little chaotic but overall very pleased and we felt safe and had fun. The spa could do with a refurbish as the decor and equipment is quite dated and lacking the feeling of luxury. The massages were pricey, almost the same as what it costs in the UK. I had a mani-pedi and a facial at the beauty salon which was nice, but it isn’t particularly luxurious. My partner also had a shave and haircut which he was really pleased with. The staff were nice on the beauty salon. Osama who seems to be the manager, was very good. There could be more things to do in the evening apart from wait until the 9:30 entertainment. We went to a couple of the shows and they were alright. The fire show was the best. It would be good to have more evening beach entertainment e.g. musicians. The animation team are lively and there are several activities you can chose to join throughout the day Disappointed that you have to pay for the tennis court and the crazy golf, explains why nobody else is using them. We just wanted to have a short play to see if we liked it. We visited on the first week of October and we were surprised to be one of the only British guests, the majority of guests were German or Egyptian so we didn’t really get to socialise (just more of an observation and not a criticism). Most of the staff spoke German as well as English and Arabic. You could pay for lots of things in Euros, Pound Sterling or Egyptian Pounds.
