worst place i ever visited , the building looks abandoned not very clean , went to beach when i came back i found my bags opened and told the manager about it and never got any help go there if you wanna get robbed and spied on its a good place for that

A lovely building .. fantastic staff 5*.. friendly .. helpful .. any problems quickly sorted out.. food is good.. transport to and from the beach .. which is excellent for a lazy day by the sea ..about 20 mins from the airport.. will definitely be going back ..

Horrific experience! Single female with 2 young kids. Hotel was booked as part of package. Looked it up before going and saw lots of poor reviews and seemingly very few over the past 2 years which left me a little concerned although I also took the approach, it’s probably better because people like a whinge and rarely praise. I went on a Facebook page for Hurghada to ask for input about the hotel and no one seemed to know of it - contacted a local English bar in the area and the same. Due to arrive Boxing Day. Company calls Xmas day to say - the hotel is closed down we are relocating you, fine. Arrive at new hotel to no reservation because the owner of this hotel had contacted our supplier to say it is open and not cancel or relocate us! At 11pm at night we were then forced to pay for a local taxi to go to this hotel with everyone trying to tell our company its derelict, but company following the owners input. We arrived and not one guest was there! The hotel was closed down and is largely derelict. A none English speaking man arrived and opened a window and told us to come in, to a totally dark empty hotel. He turned the lobby lights on and there was them a 2 hr discussion back and forth with our company and the owner whereby he admits no one is there. There is no WiFi because it’s derelict so we had to get a local to hotspot us to contact company. We were made to stay in this empty hotel overnight as the supplier and owner couldn’t arrange a resolution. We barricaded ourselves in the room because the door wouldn’t lock and the balcony door was broken and the balcony itself - the rail loose and the concrete broken. The interior is damp and appears like a building site. The owner went to the shop in the morning to buy a small bag of food to cook us something to eat because there was no food, drink or anything there (we were meant to be all inclusive). The water was not on and so when we first turned taps on, the water that was in the tank came out but pipes were broken so flooded under the sink. Then nothing so we couldn’t wash or use a toilet. The next morning we were trying to contact the company and prove it is derelict and we’re told to go on our trip and on return would be relocated. We did this and managed to eat a meal on our trip but took all our luggage with us as it wasn’t safe to leave in an open exposed derelict hotel. The owner on our return had brought his friends to the hotel and we were being continually surrounded and watched and they were not happy that we were taking pics or wanting to leave as they wanted their money which isn’t paid by the company until we leave. There was no taxi in the area when we managed to be relocated the next day as it is basically in the middle of a building site - a hotel complex over the road has been knocked down and being rebuilt as the area is losing money and so frequent new owners. Отель очень старый и требует полного ремонта. Больше напоминает санаторий совковых времен. В шкафу вываливаются все дверцы. Унитаз протекает, образуя лужу в ванной. На просьбу починить только улыбаются и говорят "конечно-конечно" без единой попытки исправления. Двери сгнившие и рассохшиеся. Закрываются только с применение силы. С местного спрайта желудок в восьмерку скручивает. В столовой все тарелки битые.

Lieve mensen, ga nooit naar dit vreselijke hotel! Ik heb nog nooit zoiets slechts meegemaakt!!!! De kamer is niet schoon, schoonmaak is slecht, ze trekken het bed recht, verder geen schoonmaak badkamer, geen schone handdoeken, geen prullenbak legen. Hier wat van gezegd, wordt het beddengoed verschoond met klets natte lakens, zo uit de was, dit kun je niet bedenken. En dan het ontbijt, zoals ze hier zeggen army food maar dan nog erger!!!! Te triest voor woorden. Broodjes die in 2en gesneden worden, en een stukje cake, is de keuze, een kleinbuffet met tomaat komkommer. Sla, lunch worst en heel slechte kaas. En wat streekproducten von zeer slechte kwaliteit en bagger vet. Dat is alles. Er was zelfs geen jam, boter, of yoghurt te bekennen. Alleen een papieren bekertje met thee of water. Geen sap oid. Te triest voor woorden. Niemand die Engels spreekt, of maar 5 woorden. Bizar. Het zwembad zag groen en de glijbanen, daar durf je je kind niet van af te laten gaan, levens gevaarlijk!!! Boek dit niet. Er zijn betere hotels voor een klein budget. Kluis op de kamer, waterkoker op de kamer, niet gezien of gevonden. Tijden van ontbijt, lunch of dinner niet gevonden.Bij navraag: Ontbijt zou zijn van 8.00-10.00, om 8.30 was er nog niemand om de eetzaal te openen. Bespaar je de stress, boek een ander hotel!
