I liked the help at the check in and the check out. When we found out we had a broken fridge, it was solved within a few minutes. I also liked the option for breakfast, i just think that the restaurant should learn some rules about serving food.
The housekeeping will clean your room when you leave your key at the reception, thats what we were told. We tried it once, but nothing was cleaned, so i decided to do it myself (i keep my promises)...
Just a tip for the hotel: because you are so close to the beach/sand, maybe a sweeper/dustpan on each room isnt such a bad idea.

I am staying in Andalusia beech , a nice place , very nice people, it is like living in a simple family place , the beach is wonderful , the beach coffee is ok I met people who has been here many times ! When I come back I am intended to stay there . I just enjoyed my time and I recommended it for many friends 😀😎

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in front of the beach and close to many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful – especially Moustafa – who is an amazing host! However, it is clear that the hotel needs renovation, some things do not work correctly (for example, the shower door does not prevent the toilet from flooding!) and the cleanliness could also be improved. The paths around the resort should be cleaner and in better condition. Not having Wifi in the rooms (only at reception) is annoying.

We stayed one night at this hotel. We never saw the beach etc, as we arrived early evening and departed the next morning for Luxor. The room was awful, the water out of the taps was brown. We mentioned this to the staff. We used bottled water to wash and clean our teeth. We slept on towels on top of the beds. The restaurant was 250 metres away and on seeing the menu, my wife and I thought that the food was not cooked here. We did not eat here. Please choose wisely.

House keeping was bad attitude,management of the hotel was terrible. Rooms aren’t clean. Tvs and AC aren’t working. Receptionist of hotel was bad and he made an attack almost call the policeman Housekeeping yelled and said bad words It’s nit safe

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights. I didn't realise the hotel was next to a much more expensive hotel that I've previously stated at, costing 4 times as more. The hotel is cheap, has its own private beach, in a prime location. The breakfast is simple and good. Shops, restaurants are all close by and the location allows you to explore hurghada down town and other areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again no doubt.

Zimmerservice (ab10 Uhr) erfolgt nur nach Aufforderung und man muss anwesend sein. Reinigungsmittel selbst besorgt. Z.B. Auch keine TOILETTENBÜSTE. Zustand der Bausubstanz und Möbel sehr abgewohnt oder gebraucht. Handtücher werden abgezählt und nur einein mittelgroßes ausgehändigt. Wi-Fi nur an der unfreundlichen Rezeption. Weigert sich ein Taxi zu Flughafen zu rufen. Als BILLIGE Unterkunft OK.
Gutes Arabiches Frühstück, Restaurant c.a. 150m bis zur belebten Straße, sehr preiswert (unter deutschem Betreiber)
Kleiner Strand sehr gut. Allerdings öffentlich.

Приехали когда много свободных мест, пляж пустой, но лежать на первых двух рядах лежаков на пляже нельзя, типа правила и там могут лежать только собственники квартир, которые есть на территории . Второй минус лежаки вам никто не подвинет матрасы уже убитые. Завтрак с очень маленькими порциями, если вы вегетарианец, не мечтайте даже об отсутствии мяса в завтраке, никакой добавки или изменения меню. Кофе стоит 40фунтов если вдруг заходите чуть чуть другое от бесплатного. Третий минус - На русском понимают плохо. Четвертый, вай фай ловит толко возле ресепшена. Пятый отсутствует защита от ветра на пляже в любом виде. Шестой: грязно, не вежливый персонал, за такие е же деньги есть варианты гораздо лучше. Плюсы: номера как показано на фото, везде при выходе из номера в далеке виднеется море. Хорошее местоположение, и заход в море.

Очень разбитый отель, все реально требует обновления, подход через какую-то грязную грунтовую дорогу, вокруг все заброшенное. Бронировали на втором этаже, дали на первом и самый дальний от моря, не стали ругаться так как очень устали с дороги. Пляж неприятный, почему-то согнали с первых двух линий лежаков, типа они не для отеля этого. Прямо с краю пляжа стоят катера, вода видимо не очень чистая. Вход пологий. Мы брали чисто переночевать у аэропорта, так что не стали придираться, но ехать туда на отпуск я бы не советовал. Менеджмент странный, давать сдачу в 1-2 доллара видимо не считают нужным Из плюсов только: прямо у моря, завтрак, который сервируют в соседнем кафе, был неплохой и с хорошим обслуживанием
