My husband and I were so satisfied with the hotel service and breakfast. Get back to Hanoi for visiting The Grand World Hanoi ( Hung Yen ) from Ninh Binh. After the long journey, I was so tired and I just wanted to find somewhere for rest quickly. But, luckily I found my best hotel. I really recommend the hotel for everyone and I will come back here for sure.

早餐很合適，可以點煮粉，種類也比較多，服務很好，價格合適，而且房間超大，飲食文化差異煮的鴨蛋慎選，不是我們的那種煮鴨蛋

前台大廳空調壞，服務人員態度懶散，做事磨嘰，登記入住花了幾十分鐘熱出一身汗。房間的空調也不行，熱的晚上睡不着覺，衹能開電風扇，風扇噪音巨大，懷疑是這家酒店的空調系統已經不行了，慎住。

衞生：乾淨整潔，但空調不太製冷
環境：周邊比較偏，吃飯要走很遠，Grab不好叫車，但前台小哥會幫忙叫車

酒店房間挺大的，裝修新，衞生也不錯，整體感覺不差，房間衹要別選靠街那間也挺安靜，如果在市區價格翻番不止。衹是周邊確實沒啥，吃飯不方便，酒店早餐種類很少，晚餐靠點餐，可以送到房間。住店大部分是出差的，衹要能解決出行問題，在周邊是個不錯的選擇。

中規中矩的酒店，在河內郊區，酒店還可以，很安靜，門口打不到車，grab也沒戲。在當地不算便宜，檔次參考國內漢庭2.0以上，房間很大。早餐還可以。

因出差飯店距離較近選擇該飯店，剛好碰到颱風要來，提早一天退房，平台協助幫忙退費，雖然花費不少時間來回，但還是非常感謝
