UUtente ospiteScrivi un commento rapidamente, credo di poter dire che il capo è davvero troppo!Ok!Wow!Ho deciso che una folla non pensava che fosse cosi'grande!Abbiamo portato un bambino di otto mesi. Il capo sapeva che immediatamente mi ha portato un telaio per il bambino. Abbiamo detto che volevamo mangiare carne di porco, il capo ha detto che mi ha portato mio marito al negozio di carne locale, e ha ancora correto in mezzo a molti luoghi, davvero troppo entusiasta!Il colazione ci ha anche preparato la libido locale e ci ha dato il formaggio della nostra casa. Questa casa è davvero super felice, la prossima volta che vengo a giocare, vivi qui!

DDylanwzh這次在海拉爾希爾頓歡朋居住，是我正確的選擇，進入大廳開始給人的感受就非常好，前台李秀麗服務熱心周到，進入房間感官非常好，簡單乾淨整齊，特別是淋浴間乾淨明亮，水流也特別大，浴巾也非常柔軟乾淨，由於本人舟車勞頓，在加上氣候原因，頸椎特別難受，在健身房門口遇見了客房經理，便詢問附近有沒有按摩店，把自己的身體狀況和李經理講述一遍後，回到屋內房嫂趙美貼心的為我送來蕎麥枕，李經理還隨時關注我的情況，怕我晚間不舒服休息不好，主動把自己隨身用的頸椎儀器送來給我用，真的非常暖心，滿滿的幸福感，必須點贊，最後住酒店生意興隆

UUtente anonimoLa decorazione dell'hotel è molto bella, l'interno è anche molto pulito e lo spazio è grande.La stanza ha un progetto per i bambini molto piace.L'hotel è attento, la camera da letto è preparata con sacchetto da bagno e palla da bagno. Ha anche preparato un pasto di biscotti sul tavolo, la carne di vacca era secca, e il bambino amava molto, e ha comprato un pacchetto speciale alla reception.L'hotel era molto tranquillo, la notte era molto tranquillo.

UUtente ospiteSi trova proprio vicino al confine su una strada squisita, quindi ci sono molti camion. E' passato dall'area della scena che è conveniente se vuoi andare lì, ma non vorrei consigliare di andare lì perché hanno prestazioni animali crudeli come leoni e orsi. Era così terribile da guardare. Hanno colpito leoni che non erano obbedienti. Purtroppo, l'hotel è troppo lontano da tutti i ristoranti e dalla zona centrale, quindi è stato scomodo. Tuttavia, il proprietario era molto gentile. Ci ha dato queste dolci russe che erano deliziose e impossibili di acquistare. ( C'è un lavastoviglie su ogni piano, ma nessun asciugamano, quindi devi mettere i vestiti secchi, che è un po' scomodo. Non c'è alcuna opzione per la colazione - è la stessa ogni giorno e viene consegnato alla tua stanza che mi ha fatto sentire come una quarantena di nuovo, ma a Almeno il tempo è flessibile come si può dormire e avere consegnato quando si desidera.

Ccdtwhym大環境確實很不錯，但是有幾點吐槽一下:1.辦理入住指示不明顯，也沒有提前告知如何辦理，等到了才説要在另外地方辦理入住，大晚上又沒燈光線也不好路又窄還得倒車出去辦理，很不安全也沒來個人引導
2.進景區後一路上都沒燈，好不容易按照前台的辦理入住時的描述找到位置也沒人來迎接，叫半天才找到服務員，進房間的路面大部分是土泥路，如果遇上下雨應該挺頭疼的
3.晚上蒙古包上面房號的裝飾門燈吸引了太多飛蛾和蚊蟲，全在房間門口撲騰，根本不敢開門進房間，後來服務員拿了殺蚊蟲的噴劑，一陣噴灑才勉強可以進房間去關掉門燈，地上躺了一大片殺蟲劑後的屍體，服務員又用掃把清掃，房間服務員態度倒是挺好的，這個設計太不科學了
4.房間還是乾淨，但是住在裏面很多遊玩項目也沒具體指引，沒享受到居住在裏面的優越感和酒店服務，退房也不太合理，前台太遠，房卡就應該交給服務員就行了，在景區裏面遊玩還要想着準時出去退房卡，還不如就買景區票看看就行了，還花那麼多錢住一晚

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was difficult to find and it was horrible to find parking. You also have to first take an elevator to the 3rd floor then walk to another elevator to take it to your floor (we were on the 4th floor). The corridors were dark and scary with lots of construction going on. It also smelt like smoke everywhere. One of the two elevators was out of service. Maybe they are new but there’s just too much construction going on and it’s too dark. Too much walking and changing elevator was inconvenient. Breakfast ended at 9am and we arrived at 8:45am and they were already cleaning up. Not much variety. Everything was spicy. The milk smelt so bad…like it came straight from the farm. I almost threw up.
THEY ONLY PROVIDE DISPOSABLE TOWELS. I hate disposable towels - you can’t dry off like that. I asked for an extra one and while we went out for dinner the staff entered our room without our consent to check if we already had towels. Where is the privacy?!? There are bugs everywhere. The laundry room only has one washer and one dryer. Extremely inconvenient as there are so many rooms and everyone wanted to do laundry. I waited till midnight to be able to do my laundry and yet my clothes weren’t even dry because I was too tired to wait any longer.
The front desk staff weren’t that friendly upon arrival but were very nice when we checked out. Helped watch my child while I put luggage in my car as it wasn’t convenient to take her with me in the rain.
They provide free entry to this park in Heishantouzhen but the place isn’t actually that fun. The staff there are rude and unfriendly. The animals looked dirty and sad.
I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again unfortunately next time until they clean up the construction and not use disposable towels again. It’s not environmentally friendly.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is gorgeous. I went during the winter so the amusement park was closed and there wasn't much to do around other then just seeing the hotel. The decor, paintings, and theme is spot on. However for such fancy hotel, the water pressure was really weak for the showers and they have no showerheads, only the ones screwed to the ceiling. Also it was really hot as the heat was cranked up, the thermostat on my room said 30degrees celcius the whole time. I called many times for them to lower the heat and I opened the windows to the bathroom and the room but they said heating was controlled centrally and could not be turned down. Even though the place was beautiful, the stay was quite uncomfortable, would not stay there another night. The hotel is also a little bit further from the city so it took a while to call a cab there for pick up.
