住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。
我們家三人，預訂的時候填的兩成人一小童，還輸入了小童年齡，預訂單上衹有兩個成人名字，加床，33美金。
我朋友一家四口，他預訂單衹寫了一個人。衹給他一個人入住。哪怕住兩個都不行。並且，這個諾穆酒店滿了，説是因為系統錯誤，要給他換到另外一家隔壁樓的酒店。朋友一家四口，開口要補差425美金？？？沒見過這麼宰客的。朋友拒絕去他們自行調劑的酒店，也不退錢。後來朋友重新預訂了H78，免費加床，一家四口入住。這是我攜程這麼多年，升到鉑金會員以來第一個差評。

環境：房間很小 一側放下行李箱後人衹能跨過去行走 很不便 做為過度酒店勉強住一晚可以
服務：接送機需要收費
收了我們20美金 7公里路 還挺貴的
問的另一對情侶 代理定的 接送機沒收費
不懂這是什麼標準 難道平台定的還貴些？

攜程定了酒店，到店説滿房了，要帶我去隔壁一家酒店入住！當時在攜程定的時候沒注意，默認為一人入住，結果到店要我補三人差價，其中一個四歲，一個十歲小朋友開口需要補差價425美金！**，見過宰客的，沒見過這麼宰客的，而且不同意酒店安排去隔壁酒店，還不肯退錢。衹能認栽，後來定了H78酒店，145刀四人入住，不需要加價，還免費早餐，免費送機！

Good big room with cleaned toilet and coffee tea in the room. Beautiful balcony. Toilet amenities not much good. No room service. For food we need to go out. But near by have lots of restaurants and good foods.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Please don't fall for the pictures of the hotel, as it is not what they are marketing. The room we got was 104, it was a decent room until you hear the noise coming from outside. It is the exhaust hood from the restaurant next door! I told the staff and they said it will be turned off after 23:30! Good luck to anyone that want to sleep with that noise. I told the staff and he changed me to 302. The noise level is low here but the smell from the pillow is insane! Clearly the pillow is not changed for a long time! I raised my concern to the manager or owner i am not sure and the response i got was a hanged up call on my face! I may not have spent more nights here, thank god I didn’t but for the price this is clearly not worth it! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND I WILL NEVER SPEND A NIGHT HERE AGAIN! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE I KNOW! 👎

Must say It’s was a lovely stay . The rooms were very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly... well maintained property. This family friendly hotel made my kids enjoy every bit, I can't thank the management enough.

We have stayed 3 nights at this hotel at this time. Few other times also we have stayed here. We have seen very comfortable atmosphere. Staff are so much friendly and helpful. Specially Mr Ahmed Owner & the Hotel Manager. His response is far-more beyond expectations. I normally stayed this hotel with direct booking. Room are clean & fresh always. When ever we request for anything, within a minute it will be at our door steps. We highly recommend this hotel for all. Weather couple or family. We will definitely come back

Welcoming is excellent Room and accommodations are clean and excellent Food and Service is the best and staff are more friendly The best location is calm and quiet and also easy access to the beach We were so happy on our stay We will come again Can recommend this hotel
