Posizione molto bella, personale e servizio molto interessanti. Ma necessita di molti miglioramenti nella pulizia e nei servizi. Molte zanzare nella hall e nella stanza hanno un odore soffocante. Niente spazzolino da denti o articoli da toeletta

Mentre avevamo prenotato con Hotel UI Inn tramite Trip.com, il giorno stesso ci siamo ritrovati a soggiornare in un altro hotel (supponendo che fosse un hotel in eccesso). Andrebbe bene se solo ci informassero di questo. Avevamo solo bisogno di una stanza semplice in cui trascorrere qualche ora durante la notte prima di prendere il nostro idrovolante più tardi la mattina presto. A parte questo, tutto il resto era accettabile, immagino. Ottimo servizio in termini di fornitura di servizi di trasferimento aeroportuale da e per l'aeroporto.

Il servizio è buono. La camera è ok, ma può migliorare

La posizione è ok, molto vicino alla spiaggia, il personale è davvero gentile e professionale, sono sempre pronti ad aiutare e dare il meglio, mi fanno sentire sicuro e felice. Dico grazie soprattutto a Samrat, l'addetto alla reception, per tutto il suo aiuto. I servizi sono ok, anche la pulizia e il trasporto dall'aeroporto (inclusi nella prenotazione) è stato facile trovare lo sportello dell'aeroporto, aiutano e danno tutte le informazioni necessarie. Grazie mille…!!! :)

We r a family of two Adult 2 twin kids. We enjoyed day long tour very much. In one word WOW. We walk long to go sand bank. I liked the long walk on water. The Cristal clear water around sand bank was excellent. Others activities including dolphin was speechless.

What an amazing experience!! Nicky was our our tour guide and she did great job, super friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions!! Staff and people here are super open and the atmosphere at the boat was really nice!! What an unforgetable experiwnce.

It was an unplanned trip. ..saw the brochure during breakfast at Turquoise Residence by UI… We really never regret booking that day tour… The experience with the welcoming tour guide was spectacular! Meeting new people from around the world and making friends… We’re indeed thankful for all the amazing crew of UI Tour especially Madam Nikky and Mr. Jaren. You made our 15th Year Wedding Anniversary extra special! Highly Recommended tour guide! See you next time around… God bless!

Fortunate to go on full day adventure tour which included dolphin watching , sand bank tour scrumptous lunch visiting a local island and mind blowing snorkelling experience at a very reasonable price. Well organised, professional and very experieced crew, with knowledgeable and friendly tour guide Vicky. Highly recommend this company ..

The day trip for snorkeling , sandbank , kayaking in the speedboat with lunch was amazing. Kochi was amazing guide and photographer. The view of the group of dolphins was mesmerizing.the food was surprisingly delicious.

I really enjoyed my trip here airport representative MR. ANIKET CHETTRI helped me alot from day first literally i felt like i'm with some family person in foreign land. Hotel is close to beach rooms are spacious and staff at hotel is very friendly. Will make my stay again here.

It was an amazing place, the experience was wonderful and I enjoyed alot special thanks to Anny who helped me in all the term's and was a proper guide next time I will definitely visit with family and Anny with be my tour guide. Hotels were neat and clear and facilities was good. It was a total good experience I had. Thankyou for your support and services.

I don’t know where did the traveler photos come from, what I saw in this hotel is totally different. It doesn’t even deserve top 3 guesthouse in Hulhumale. We have to check out immediately and booked another hotel nearby after we stayed at the room for less than 30mins. Room: we were arranged a hotel room on 4/F but without any elevator. Well, it is fine for us. But there is only one room on 4/F. It is just next to the storage room(with no door, we can see what is stored inside). We can also hear clearly when ppl come up by stairs. The bedsheets and pillows are very dirty with stains. The bed mattress is the worst I ever seen. If you want to try the most uncomfortable bad mattress, you can try to book the room. The air con doesn’t work well too. Most importantly, there is no hot water inside our room. Staff: The staffs are helpful coz he helped us to move our luggage to 4/F. Hotel manager is alright but he only told us there is hot bath tub in other rooms when we decided to check out, but the air con in that room is out of service. So it doesn’t help for us. Summary: I would recommend you to book a hotel newly est in 2021 two street away from this UI guesthouse.
