I've stayed in Xiaojingwan a few times. There are many very nice, new and clean apartments for rent, especially in phase 2-3 of the China Resources complex.. This unit was poorly maintained, had 3 out of 8 working lightbulbs; even the one over the bathroom vanity was dead, do you couldn't see yourself in the mirror. Room had a lot of sand everywhere, including in the beding. Personally, I think I paid for a superior ocean view room with a sofa, but the agent brought me to a lower cost, older, angled view room without a sofa, a very hard, lumpy bed and rusty drying rack..so I was screwed. It was very busy for that Chinese New Year holiday and fireworks were non-stop. I recommend anyone find a place in the newer area behind Le Meridian hotel.

在華潤小徑的觀海軒，除了進小區時有點波折，其他的都算完美，最幸福的就是可以躺在床上看海景，日落日出。雖然住宿條件一般，但是很乾凈，浴巾啥的都是一次性的，而且周邊都是商業街，吃飯，夜宵，奶茶，咖啡，豐簡由人。

客服提前聯繫，引導挺明白的，順利入住。房間景色很不錯，位置也比較方便，到海灘、便利店、餐館都在10分鐘以內，高性價比，滿意。

海景非常好，下樓就是沙灘，旁邊很多吃飯的地方非常方便。因為是淡季，老闆讓上午提前入住，第二天下午延遲退房，物超所值。
