Lobby very nice view, the Japanese buffet is good. Staffs are helpful, especially the front desk. The view in the room also very nice.

Everything is fine this time except the service. I asked front desk to arrange a chill / quiet room. Eventually it was a room at the interaction area of T-shape corridor. I can hear people walking by and talking all the time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with my family and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home.
The first thing that caught our attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere we looked, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. It was such a relief to know that the hotel prioritized hygiene and cleanliness, especially during these times.
One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided.

I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Apart from a small problem with room service we were very happy with our stay. The room had spectacular views over the river and West Lake. It was near a major shopping centre and food street. We felt pampered and relaxed and enjoyed just sitting in the room enjoying the view. Highly recommended.
