This hotel was lovley. The room was very neat and tidy it was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable i slept like a queen. The only thing for me was the breakfast says western but it wasn't at all. Otherwise it was wonderful.

the hotel is not good. We went to have breakfast, we found many issues such as hair in.food, bad quality food, bad quality service. you can chevk my images to see the pic with hair. The hotel needs to improve a lot, to provide good quality service.

During our trip to Huangshan, we stayed in three hotels and VIH was one of them. It turned out to be the best of all. The local tour guide told us that it is newly renovated and it is true. The check-in was smooth, the breakfast and environment was very pleasant. No cigarette smell in our room. Would choose to stay there again if we plan to re-visit the mountain in the future. Glad that it is listed on Trip.com.

Though it’s  new, room a bit small. The hot water flow is not stable, suddenly it becomes cold and back to hot, then cold again . Poor breakfast. There was a guy smoking in the restaurant and opened the door, and it was cold when sitting near the opened door. Although named Tun Xi old street , it’s about 2 km from the hotel.

We have stayed in Vienna group of hotels many times and each time we were satisfied with our experience. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Room heater works great. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Facilities are complete and well- maintained. Will definitely recommend to my family members and friends.

Absolutely amazing. The room was super clean. The breakfast fast was good. The people were very helpful. There is a small convenience store on the ground floor. Laundry is also very easy to handle. I recommend it 1000x

品牌連鎖服務和住宿環境是穩定的，行李免費在酒店免費待保了一天，很不錯，這裏距離黃山屯溪古街兩公里，酒店右邊有一家餐廳胡氏徽菜樓，口味還不錯，就是性價比一般，距離酒店2公里處還有一家餐廳鍾大廚，性價比好很多，環境也很好，人氣很旺，推薦嘗試。 有兩點不是很理解:1.定的酒店費用裏説明有贈送2張齊雲山景點門票，但沒有主動提及，這個其實完全可以主動告知客人，2.早餐服務很一般，7點過才開門，還得等。

這次旅行能這麼舒適，必須給個好評！一進大堂，暖色調燈光和精緻擺件就營造出温馨氛圍 ，前台服務人員熱情又專業，快速辦好入住還貼心介紹周邊。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，晚上我直接秒睡。酒店位置超棒，周邊美食、景點一應俱全，出行便利。早餐種類豐富，藏麪、甜茶這些特色食物味道超正。這次入住無可挑剔，下次來這旅遊還選它！

有自己的停車場，停車方便。酒店工作人員服務態度很好，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生。特別提出的是中央空調很給力，時間不長房間就暖和了。另外離新安江江邊不遠。

期待了好久來爬黃山，選了這家酒店，位置很好找，下了高鐵直接打車過來的，酒店環境整體不錯，房間裏面很乾凈，還有前台小姐姐態度特別棒特別熱情，問了好多問題也不會嫌煩！

住在這個酒店前，做了一些攻略，最終感覺沒有選錯。酒店非常舒服和滿意酒店位置優越，出行便利，酒店內部的設施一應俱全 整潔乾淨。不但送了齊雲山門票，臨走前還有伴手禮，大讚！下次還會選擇這個酒店。
