酒店位置優越，距離阿壩州博物館、嘉絨步行街都很近，吃喝玩樂逛很方便。酒店設計感十足，設計師美學酒店，佛像、藏羌元素、房間裏有阿來的作品集，我最喜歡的《塵埃落定》書刊也有，可以免費翻閲。酒店床很寬敞，乾淨整潔，服務也不錯，入住時房間贈送免費歡迎水果一盤。洗澡水也很大，水温合適，衹是洗澡時水壓大了淋浴頭有些不牢固，容易飆濺水花。智能衞生間，自動沖洗。早餐品種不多，味道還可以，餐桌椅子不多，五一節假日期間，拼桌吃飯難免會有些影響用餐體驗。

酒店就在眼前，但不太好找。高價的酒店多要幾瓶水都要收費。跑長途糧草先行，茶水是必備，多要要收費，衹好去超市採購水回房間。三部電梯運行很慢。其中一早一部電梯説啥都不動了。酒店外表裝修還可以，但內部衞生不太好，馬桶有血跡沒沖乾淨，淋浴房發現有頭髮，污跡地方太多，沖涼不能大水流，否則會淹沒腳，水温也是忽冷忽熱。體重秤是壞的，水果盤不是入户即給，而是傍晚挨門挨户敲門送。沒有門僮，停車要自己想辦法。酒店服務根本就不要去要求了，性價比不太高。

酒店非常新 特別乾淨 位於阿壩州府城中 位置很好，出行很方便，下樓就是商業街 吃喝玩樂一應俱全，前台也特別給力，因為我們早上六點出門餐廳還沒上班還特意準備了早餐。下次還來住。房間山景夜景都特別棒。

很滿意 前台工作人員服務很熱情 房間衞生也很乾凈 還送了水果 六樓還有一個藏族風格的清吧剛開業 我們算是第一個雞尾酒客人 調酒師還送了零食和酒。下次還來

設施設備挺好 引導停車的客服人員 很有禮貌 非常熱情
衞生細節較差 床上裙邊很臟 入住時發現 擺設小件有破損 樓層服務員未及時更換 建議加強對樓層服務員的培訓工作
退房時由於客人較多 在電梯裏不小心碰到五方通話的報警按鈕 電話接通後監控中心 值班人員態度不好 罵臟話

房間兩邊落地窗，通透。景觀很好。有加濕器。酒店有設計感，六樓是前台辦理入住。應該是當地最好的酒店。前台052和003兩個小妹妹熱情服務。
酒店直行有美食街可以覓食。氂牛菌湯鍋很贊，鮮掉眉毛。

地理位置很好，算是在城中心，離步行美食街也很近。地下停車場很大，停車方便且安全。早餐還算豐富。如果要説建議就是電梯有點難等，尤其是下附一樓的衹有一個電梯，還遇到兩次按鈕按了沒反應的問題。

這應該是馬爾康最新最好的酒店了。在進藏區第一站就遇到這樣設施條件還是比較意外驚喜。感覺到整個酒店都花了非常多的心思設計。尤其是大堂還是很有特點。房間陳設相對簡單，但很是温馨乾淨，很多小細節，衞生間也頗有設計感。酒店的早餐還是比較豐盛。服務也很熱情，還送了果盤，尤其前台6和31工號兩位。唯一就是門口不能停車不大方便，衹能從地下車庫上來。

在馬爾康肯定是最好的，但一些床頭地墊要及時清理。服務員很熱情周到，入住時攜程訂單有點問題，工號6號，28號，32號的美女熱心的幫我處理，非常感謝。

The total area of the hotel is 14223.03 square meters. Facing the square, there is an independent entrance to the reception lobby on the first floor, and three high-speed VIP elevators directly reach the lobby area on the sixth floor. The hotel's public area is equipped with independent VIP check-in services, a full day restaurant, an independent Chinese cuisine VIP hall, which can accommodate 280-300 people for business and business banquets, a red wine and cigar bar, a boutique area, a tea art workshop, a beauty SPA, a fitness center, a KTV entertainment center, an outdoor vertical garden, a children's game area, and an observation deck.
