The service review is specifically for the front desk. The front desk was fully staffed at the time of check in with the manager assisting and we still weren’t acknowledged when we were next in line. They weren’t assisting other guest but just kept typing on their computers and shuffling papers around. On a different occasion, the front desk gal was trying to multitask instead of giving me her full attention and addressing all my concerns. I felt like I was bothering her 😐 Everyone else was very friendly and always greeted and thanked us in passing or made nice comments 👍🏼

Finora le strutture hardware nella terra ideale sono state ben mantenute. L'edificio è in stile spagnolo. Ha l'atmosfera di una città europea. Inoltre, l'hotel offre gite turistiche in barca e ci sono guide a bordo per spiegare~ Ci sono molte piccole zanzare nere a Hualien, quindi dovresti prestare attenzione alle punture di zanzara quando vieni qui~

We really enjoyed our stay! Very convenient! Helpful tip: when you arrive, you will most likely find that you can’t get in and there’s no one at the front desk. Call the number provided for this hotel and you will be given the code to enter! Very smooth process when we called and got to our room straight away! All in all, perfect little place to stay for the three nights we were in Hualien

Il buffet del colazione era caricato con scelte. Ero li' abbastanza a lungo per decidere finalmente il mio colazione preferito, pensavo. Non era troppo lungo prima di cambiare le cose di nuovo non era mai deluso. Sì, il servizio e le camere erano anche grandi! Si', questo e' il mio posto quando sono di nuovo in città.
