È stato un grande soggiorno! Il personale era tutti molto amichevole e utile. La posizione era molto conveniente - se stai cercando un servizio di lavanderia, vai al grande lavanderia boom! 90baht per 1 kg e puoi prendere il giorno dopo! La spiaggia è all'ingresso posteriore dell'hotel e ci sono molti letti di giorno per il suinanning. La colazione è ok - può saltarlo se vuoi. Prova il cibo in strada stallando proprio intorno all'hotel, è stato così buono e conveniente! Il letto era un letto di grandezza super re e mi piace che hanno un menu di cuscino! Solo la questione era che le inondazioni di bagno ogni volta che ci dovremmo, ma altrimenti tutto era buono quando ci siamo. E se puoi, prendi la stanza con la piscina privata, amatela! Prefetto per coppie e famiglie con bambini piccoli! Verrà certamente al mio prossimo soggiorno!

I cannot praise enough this hotel. The design with so much details, my God! This hotel should receive an award for design and creativity. Simplicity with gracefulness. So unique and special, nothing like the traditional hotel chain properties. The whole property is so clean, with so much details such as the umbrella stand at the door, the shower sprinkler location, even the sleepers are fluffy and comfy (really not the usual ones we see in hotels). The 24hr gym where I spent most of my stay, has bananas and flavoured water abundantly served. For the F&B outlets, I tried Lido and found the dishes of high quality, creative, but not expensive. Creativity is also on the daily programs, of all kinds, such as F&B promotions, parties, spa. I did not try all since I was travelling alone but it was nice to see the everyday different promotion flyer out there and activities menu of the month. Location is great, close to night market for seafood, beachfront, and a great supermarket just across the road. And chocolate factory is just next door. Needless to say is the staff, all the staff are kind, helpful and warm. They are all young and sweet, somehow they make me feel young also haha. Well done on the culture induction. I cannot recommend enough this hotel to all my friends and family, and it will be “my” hotel from now on in Hua Hin. Congratulations to the great achievements!

Abbiamo fatto il check-in quando si è verificata la pandemia di COVID-19, quindi ci aspettavamo che la maggior parte delle strutture sarebbe stata chiusa. Il servizio del personale era buono e disponibile. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. L'unico inconveniente del nostro soggiorno era che il telefono in camera non funzionava. Il personale dell'hotel è venuto a ripararlo più tardi. Uno dei nostri MacBook non è riuscito a connettersi al WiFi. Il loro staff non è riuscito a ripararlo, quindi ho usato Hotspot dal mio iPhone. L'hotel è in una buona posizione con un ponte che lo collega a un bel centro commerciale dall'altra parte della strada.

Situazione perfetta al centro della città - in grado di raggiungere il mercato notturno, molti ristoranti e bar, nonché negozi di massaggio all'interno 10-min passeggiata. L'accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Hua Hin è anche un plus! Il resort celebrava il centenario durante il mio soggiorno.Nonostante la sua lunga storia, le camere e le strutture sono state ben conservate! La nostra stanza era pulita, il lobby ha messo un bel tono rilassante per le vacanze, il colazione era grande con varietà, e io mi piaceva semplicemente il jacuzzi nella piscina! Tutti i membri del personale che lavoravano qui erano proattivi e amichevoli. Il personale di check-in ci ha viaggiato intorno al resort e ci ha presentato tutte le strutture. Quando avevamo bisogno di informazioni su qualsiasi viaggio e trasporto, hanno offerto buon consiglio e assistenza. Anche se il con con d'aria nella nostra stanza non funzionava per un po', lo ripararono in modo efficiente anche se era tardi la notte. Tutti erano gentili, benvenuti, sempre sorridenti. Vorrebbero tornare e rimanere qui per questo popolo!

Dopo aver soggiornato per quattro notti, il servizio non è standard e la pulizia è dimenticata oggi. Dimentica questo domani. Normalmente, essere un Hilton non dovrebbe essere un piccolo hotel. Nel complesso va bene. Dopotutto, il prezzo durante l'epidemia non è molto alto e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è buono.

For the price, this hotel will take some beating. Very safe area to wander around and do shopping, day or night. Ideally situated on the main through route with a very quiet beach within 5 minutes walk in one direction and a huge shopping mail dead opposite. The decor is not lavish but it is clean and the showers are always hot. The pool is not the biggest but was a big hit with everyone after a days activities. Only thing that was slightly off putting was the breakfast choice. Everyday was the same and it was very basic and aimed at Thai Nationals. We ended up going out for breakfast and there are plenty of places around to cater for all tastes from McDonald's upwards. I would book this hotel again.

We stayed at the Baan Bayan for 2 weeks in August 2023, and we will definitely stay here again. We found it a very peaceful and beautiful beachfront boutique resort, basking in the relaxed charm of old colonial elegance paired with the invisible efficiency of great service by the staff, always (and really always!) delivered with a genuine friendly smile. We had a wonderful time, and are grateful to all the staff at Baan Bayan for making our holidays such a wonderful time. My review is detailed, and I will highlight what made it special for us. Layout of the hotel: it is not one compact building, but rather a cluster of several one-to-two-storied traditional houses/bungalows, which are set in a beautiful tropical garden, delimited at one end by the pool area and the stairs leading to the beach, and on the other end by a large parking area and a short private road to the Main Street. The hotel has only 21 rooms, so everything is to scale and feels very private and exclusive (“boutique-ey”). Location: it’s right on the Main Road through Hua Hin, yet with the hotel entrance not being directly next to the road or on the road (instead it is set some 200-meters back, towards the beach) the hotel area is blissfully quiet and one doesn’t hear the road at all. It’s a 7-minute walk to the Market Village Shopping Center, but there also is a small 24/7 family mart right next to the hotel entrance. It’s very easy to catch a tuktuk, or the green bus, to go into the city center (where the big Night Market is, and the Clock Tower and the Train Station), its only 5 minutes away by tuktuk. Our room: Very spacious, nicely furnished with colonial-style wooden furniture, a large bed and a large light-coloured sofa, color accents were set throughout with oriental-patterned cushions and bed cover. There was a “block” of wardrobe-cabinets-and-large-fridge to one side of the room, acting as room divider, which meant that the chaos from suitcases and clothes could stay “hidden” on one side of the room and wasn’t visible from the bed/sofa area. We also had our own private terrasse with 2 lounge chairs, with a beautiful view over the garden and to the ocean. One of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, I was so sad to leave! Somebody else mentioned some TLC that could be required for some small repairs, yes, we did notice that as well on small occasions but it did not negatively impact our holidays. (examples: silicone around the bathtub in one place, or a missing runner-stop in the curtain rail) Whenever we mentioned anything to housekeeping or reception, it would be fixed right away. Pool, Beach and Restaurant: with only 21 rooms the pool area is never “over-run”, and there seemed to always be plenty of space and loungers for everybody. There is a few rows of loungers on the beach as well, and in the gardens. Everything was very relaxed, no towel-feuds over loungers. We really enjoyed staying here, the service was excellent, very clean room with complimentary drinks in the fridge. It has a really nice pool area that is mainly covered and has a large opening to view the area. The Market Plaza is a short walk from the hotel along with many food options nearby. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk depending on how quickly one can walk. Friendly staff, parking is limited but this isn't a big hotel but very quaint. Definitely recommend staying here 5 plus ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My family and I have been to Thailand many times, staying in 5 Star hotels which were by the beach or on the beach with various experiences. If you are from the UK or Europe you quickly discover Thailand is a place of contrasts. 2022 was our 20 year wedding anniversary and in October my wifes birthday so we decided to go back to Thailand again just as a couple. We decided we would trade the luxury of a 5 star hotel for somewhere more flexible and after months of searching for affordable beach front places to stay we found this tropical gem. We arrived absolutely exhaust after an 11 hour flight to Bangkok then a 3 1/2 hours taxi ride to Hua Hin. We arrived well ahead of check in which is 2pm but was met by a lovely lady at reception with a welcoming smile. My wife was so exhausted that we asked to rent a room for a few hours until ours was ready, The lady spoke very good english and said she would arrange it and the charge was 1950 bht (about £46) then she saw how tired my wife was and told us to wait whilst she went into the office to return to say they can have a room ready in 10mins for 500 bht (about £11) we were amazed at how helpful she was and this was a behaviour of all the staff we meet. Just so you are aware Tripadvisor has two listing for this hotel. ”The Veranda Lodge” and ”Veranda Lodge” possibly due to the building being split into two types. There is a two storey hotel block which the temporary room was located. The rooms were in need of a little cosmetic refresh but this is to be expected after the economic battering the Thai hospitality sector had taken during COVID lockdown but the rooms were clean neat and had a great view on the balcony of a big pool. The beds are a bit on the firm side though. At 2pm we went to reception as arranged to be taken to our Lodge/Hut. From the reception we walked through a tropical courtyard with huts on stilts in a rough circle passing this we walked another 20 metres under the hotel block towards the beach where our little Thai hut stood. We were shown inside and I was really please to find an interior which was clean, with the essentials and a huge bed with clean linen and towels. Comparable to the suite style we rented at the Movenpick Siam Hotel in April 2022. The bedding, interior towels and beach towels were changed every day. They also supplied bathrobes, indoor slippers and flip flops which we were allowed to keep if we wish. We had set an itinerary of things to do over the next ten days but this quickly went out the window. Not due to the spectacular Thunderstorms that happened in the first two days of being there but because we discovered that we didn't need to go anywhere else. We were literally on the soft white beach. There was hardly a pebble or shell to step on and those shells we saw were inhabited by hermit crabs. In fact the beach and sea was a hive of life. Thousands of small crabs would join us on a morning stroll along the 7km beach. We even saw a horseshoe crab! Each mor

Located in a quiet street yet walking distance to Market Village shopping mall, 7-11, restaurants, massage shops etc. The manager was friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious and modern looking. Would have to be one of the largest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It had a wardrobe, desk & chair, table & 2 chairs, sofa and small table & 2 chairs for the balcony. Separate room with fridge, kettle and sink. Aircon and tv worked fine. The bed had clean linens and provided a comfortable sleep. Power point beside the bed. The bathroom had a segregated shower with hot water and good pressure. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Happy to recommend.

La vecchia scuola thailandese è senza dubbio gestita da una famiglia di amore del re che non ha cambiato nulla in questi ultimi 30 anni, ma mantiene il posto immacolatamente pulito.Basta non insultare il re e sarai a posto. Anche buono per gli anziani di vera età per sedersi intorno alla piscina rivolta ai reni e cucinare il resto della loro pelle saggia.

Seamira House is clean, modern, nicely decorated and a well positioned Hotel for Soi 94 at a reasonable price compared to other similar standard of hotels. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of cereals, dried fruits, Thai food, salads, jams, eggs ,breads and very good coffee. The pool was large and situated by the restaurant in pleasant grounds. The only fault was it appeared to be a little short on sunbeds. The room on the 8th floor had a balcony, good air con and fan, nice shower room, very comfortable large bed and a modern TV with a good selection of channels. There is a kitchenette also. Wi-Fi was good. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and it was a delight to stay here. We will certainly return.
