Dopo aver soggiornato per quattro notti, il servizio non è standard e la pulizia è dimenticata oggi. Dimentica questo domani. Normalmente, essere un Hilton non dovrebbe essere un piccolo hotel. I cannot praise enough this hotel. The design with so much details, my God! This hotel should receive an award for design and creativity. Simplicity with gracefulness. So unique and special, nothing like the traditional hotel chain properties. The whole property is so clean, with so much details such as the umbrella stand at the door, the shower sprinkler location, even the sleepers are fluffy and comfy (really not the usual ones we see in hotels). The 24hr gym where I spent most of my stay, has bananas and flavoured water abundantly served. For the F&B outlets, I tried Lido and found the dishes of high quality, creative, but not expensive. Creativity is also on the daily programs, of all kinds, such as F&B promotions, parties, spa. I did not try all since I was travelling alone but it was nice to see the everyday different promotion flyer out there and activities menu of the month. Location is great, close to night market for seafood, beachfront, and a great supermarket just across the road. And chocolate factory is just next door. Needless to say is the staff, all the staff are kind, helpful and warm. They are all young and sweet, somehow they make me feel young also haha. Well done on the culture induction. I cannot recommend enough this hotel to all my friends and family, and it will be “my” hotel from now on in Hua Hin. Congratulations to the great achievements!

Situazione perfetta al centro della città - in grado di raggiungere il mercato notturno, molti ristoranti e bar, nonché negozi di massaggio all'interno 10-min passeggiata. L'accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Hua Hin è anche un plus! Il resort celebrava il centenario durante il mio soggiorno.Nonostante la sua lunga storia, le camere e le strutture sono state ben conservate! La nostra stanza era pulita, il lobby ha messo un bel tono rilassante per le vacanze, il colazione era grande con varietà, e io mi piaceva semplicemente il jacuzzi nella piscina! Tutti i membri del personale che lavoravano qui erano proattivi e amichevoli. Il personale di check-in ci ha viaggiato intorno al resort e ci ha presentato tutte le strutture. Quando avevamo bisogno di informazioni su qualsiasi viaggio e trasporto, hanno offerto buon consiglio e assistenza. Anche se il con con d'aria nella nostra stanza non funzionava per un po', lo ripararono in modo efficiente anche se era tardi la notte. Tutti erano gentili, benvenuti, sempre sorridenti. Vorrebbero tornare e rimanere qui per questo popolo!

È stato un grande soggiorno! Il personale era tutti molto amichevole e utile. La posizione era molto conveniente - se stai cercando un servizio di lavanderia, vai al grande lavanderia boom! 90baht per 1 kg e puoi prendere il giorno dopo! La spiaggia è all'ingresso posteriore dell'hotel e ci sono molti letti di giorno per il suinanning. La colazione è ok - può saltarlo se vuoi. Prova il cibo in strada stallando proprio intorno all'hotel, è stato così buono e conveniente! Il letto era un letto di grandezza super re e mi piace che hanno un menu di cuscino! Solo la questione era che le inondazioni di bagno ogni volta che ci dovremmo, ma altrimenti tutto era buono quando ci siamo. E se puoi, prendi la stanza con la piscina privata, amatela! Prefetto per coppie e famiglie con bambini piccoli! Verrà certamente al mio prossimo soggiorno!

Good layout of the room and facilities, the rooms are so near the pools, you can walk out to swim or to sunbath anytime! 4. A comfortable sofa outside wrapped with towels 5. Nice restaurants for breakfast with blenders that allows you to blend your own juice, so green so fresh, the bakery also nice!) 6. Ocean side also with a restaurant with very good sea view but without air con, the foods are good but the temperature is too hot for me to stay for longer. 7. Free mini bar and unlimited bottle water supply 8. Free transportation to clock tower or the beach 9. Very affordable Highly recommend for family and couple or someone who want a retreat by yourself!

Ci tornerei sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Hua Hin. L'hotel si trova tra la stazione ferroviaria e la spiaggia. La spiaggia è a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è vecchia e non sorvegliata. Tuttavia, nella maggior parte dei punti è profondo 2 metri e ha un'area esposta e coperta, il che significa che è ideale per nuotare. L'hotel è un po' vecchio ma è comunque funzionale e il prezzo è molto conveniente. Ci sono anche alcuni bar e altre opzioni di intrattenimento nella zona.

Dopo aver mostrato i dettagli della prenotazione, hanno cambiato la bocca per l'hotel - in realtà non e'vero. Nessuno ci ha preparato la colazione al mattino. Dopo mezz'ora alla reception, ha confermato che c'era la colazione, ma non ha contattato il ristorante, e ha aspettato dieci minuti. Ha spiegato che il problema della colazione è stato risolto. Possiamo usare la colazione, ma non abbiamo mangiato, perché dobbiamo lasciare l'hotel. Nessuno esce a parlare.Mi sento come se fossi in un hotel gestito dal governo.Non posso tornare, non posso raccomandare l'hotel.Scusa...

Definitely choose for our the next stay in the center . Very comfortable bed and good Aircon . Very friendly staff. We visited the temples around including Chinese temple for the new year and there is simply the best Thai food restaurant with long history . Just 5 minutes to walk , find the name of restaurant on photo attached to this review . It was the best Thai food we ever had in Thailand during our 2,5 years stay in this lovely country. Try Tom Yam seafood (not spicy) small portion is big enough for 2 people . Also rice with pineapple was delicious .

I booked the 5th day test and go in this hotel. In the confirmation letter, it says clearly the package includes a 1 standard room(1 Adult) accommodation and RT-PCR test at Bangkok -Hua Hin Hospital. By my understanding, as RT-PCR test is included, all steps to finish the test must be included. It is hotel’s duty to schedule the test, pay the bill, send me to take the test, and release test result. This is common sense, should not be misunderstood. In my 1st day test, the hotel in Bangkok did exactly the same thing without any problem. It is totally a different story in Thipurai city hotel. My nightmare starts. In order to get the result early, I checked in yesterday at 1:30pm. The first question I was asked is “did you finish Covid test?”. I was absolutely confused. The purpose I came here is to take this test. How could I finish it by myself? The manager explained: by their definition, I have to go to hospital by myself. The package does not include transportation to the hospital. My point is to take test at hospital in one step to finish the test. As the test is included in the package, it definitely needs to include transportation to the hospital. He does not have right to define what RT-PCR test should include. Does my understanding has any problem? Any normal person should take it in this way. Otherwise, it is not a complete package. Let me take one step back, suppose the hotel has right to define the package. Transportation is not included. At least, they should tell me when we were signing the contract. As a customer, I have right to know all details at the time I pay for a service. If I have to go hospital by myself, they also need to provide hospital address, and explain the procedure to take the test. This is their duty. I did not get any information at all. As I foreigner, how do I know I should do it alone and finish it without instruction? Finally, I was told that they could help to call a taxi. The taxi came very fast, the driver knows all procedures. It is clear that he did this business many times. From Google map, the distance between the hotel and the hospital is 1.8km. I was charged 300 Baht. At this time, I understand why the manager hides the details about the he defined package when he contacted me before. Actually he emailed me several times. My wife even called him yesterday morning. He never said a word about this issue. 300 Baht is a small amount of money. It is really not worth to do so ugly. My story is not finished. Besides hiding important details, the manager is also tell lies. This is the thing I cannot tolerance and have to point out. When I asked him why did not tell me it is my duty to go to hospital beforehand, he spoke firmly several times that he provided this information to my wife. So it is her fault not to pass it to me. My wife is a Thai. They do not have any problem to communicate. My wife deny that she was informed. So she confronts with Kowit, the hotel manager on phone, asking when she told he

At first sight I was like what the... BUT this place grows on you . If you don't look for a fancy beach resort and want to be in the middle of everything but still want a quiet area when you sleep then you book here . It is located next to marketplace , 5 minute walk to the beach , 5 minute tuktuk to galleria , food and bars all around you and still you're on a quiet street when retire for the night. The poolarea looks amazing in the pictures but when I saw it I must say I was disappointed, but even this grows on you and its actually a nice relaxing area to cool down . Hotel offers no food but as I said before you are surrounded by food . Will definitely choose this again

Situazione ideale- direttamente fuori della stanza ci sono bar e punti di massaggio, bellissimi posti di lavoro e un 7/11 👍🏻 Il personale dell'hotel è amichevole e il posto è pulito. bottiglia d'acqua gratuita così come lozioni in bagno, Le camere sono pulite e spaziose con un bel letto matrimoniale. Intorno all'angolo c'è una piscina bloccata che non è diventata occupata così è stato bello andare da solo. Deffo raccomanda e ritornerà Totale negoziato per 399 baht

It is a new hotel, centrally located in the city on the main road. There is no beach access. It is a bit set back with the short side of the rectangle on the street side, so the rooms are actually very quiet. Reception is friendly and efficient. The room is not very big, but adequate with a desk, very large TV, a small fridge and water boiler. The bathroom is separate, new and clean. The pool is narrow and long, 1.20m deep, good enough for a swim. There are many relaxing beds in a shady area. Unfortunately the inevitable unrequested music, although not very loud. Breakfast is on the second floor and in disagreement with many other reviews we found it totally adequate. Cooked, egg station, toast, coffee, juice, in line with the price actually very good.
