Hotel tariff charged was higher than the hotel. I checked the price with hotel directly they said there charge and with 24hr time. But since i have to pay higher amount and check out in 23 hours only. It was very embarrassing and terrible.

Support staff begging for tips, adjacent rooms full of noises from some drunken men right at 1 am in the night, no provision for sunlight & window in the room, no complimentary water bottles, taking 20 minutes and thrice calls to serve water etc are sufficient to present a good picture of property's status.

We informed the hotel that we will do early checkin the hotel at that moment said us that they will allow us but the moment when we went there they said we need to wait till 11 am we were standing outside since the next 2 hours!

The room is centrally located. The hotel said i had no booking even though booking was done through mmt. Their software might have an issue. The washroom was stinking by morning. Had to call in room service for air freshner. The staff was rude and argumentative. Room size was ok.

It was an utterly disappointed experience for me as well as my family members. The rooms were untidy , insects were around and also the beds were dirty and the in room dining services were poor in which the provided dishes were chipped and dirty stains were around and also the food were pricy.The bathroom amenities were broken and not in use , hence overall it's been a terrible experience

Toilet was not well kept. Service is very slow. People seem to be quite lethargic at doing their jobs.

Room was very dirty, leaking water, no tissue, hospitality was very poor, support staff was always expecting some tips from us all the time

I was thrown out of the property for local ID issue. You should refund the amount or credit in wallet. It was worst experience of my life. You people are cheater. While you have not paid on my behalf and kept the payment with you.
