The sheets where dirty. We found bugs in the bed, the hot water didn’t work and the carpeted floors where sticky. We drove all night and ended up taking a nap in the parking lot so we could rest and find a different hotel in the morning. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very accommodating and when I asked for the manager she pretended to call some one repeatedly. I could see on her phone it was the Home Screen and not the call screen. I asked for a refund and all she would say is the manager will call me back, but has yet to do so, and when I call they pretend like they don’t have a record of me staying at the hotel. If I could rank this less then 1 star I would. Not even worth half a star. I would be embarrassed to have my name on that building.

Nuovo hotel (costruito nel 2022) vicino alla strada. Pulizia con letti eccezionalmente comodi. Il personale di fronte è uscito dalla sua strada per assicurarsi che la nostra camera fosse fria. Il colazione era caldo e abbondante. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con il rumore, quindi il lato non freeway dell'hotel è sicuramente tranquillo.

Quindi abbiamo prenotato per 2 notti, alla fine siamo rimasti un terzo in queste 3 notti, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera 3 volte. Il primo allagato casualmente dal bagno intorno all'una di notte, il frigorifero non funzionava e puzzava come se qualcuno avesse fumato un po' di Mary Jane in precedenza era per lo più pulito tranne alcuni fogli discutibili. La seconda camera era molto pulita ma troppo piccola per una famiglia di cinque persone, poi finalmente ne ho trovata un'altra perfetta e super pulita. Il giovane al fronte si è preso cura della mia famiglia quando la nostra stanza si è allagata. La ragazza del secondo giorno era un po' bassa e sembrava infastidita. Ultimo dopo tutte le complicazioni che abbiamo delt con il manager ha offerto una notte gratuita. E le ho anche detto che incredibile risorsa fosse il giovane. Tutto sommato, dai 7 su 10.

Stay was beyond excellent. The room was clean, fresh smelling and the bed super comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Shout out to David who gave us a warm welcome. Hotel does NOT charge for parking, which is highly unusual. The hotel offers a parking garage and surface parking behind the hotel. The location is very convenient. Without traffic it was only a 15 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to the Galleria and 10 minutes to Memorial Park. The challenge is navigating the frontage roads to actually get to the hotel, but Waze or Google Maps was spot on with the guidance. The hotel definitely has an older architectural style, but the rooms are super clean and well maintained. The concierge lounge is stocked with sodas, flavored water and snacks. Soundproofing was sufficient that we never were bothered by the freeway noise! We stay at dozens of hotels on an annual basis, and this hotel is simply one of the best run properties we have experienced. Definitely would recommend this property and stay here again.
