Hotel in zona Downtown Houston, Houston

Upon arrival, I was greeted with excellent customer service and helpful staff. The room was clean and was a good fit for my needs. The size of the room was also good. One exception was that there was no mini fridge which would have been very useful. The bistro downstairs also provided excellent customer service.

La posizione è probabilmente la parte migliore. È collegato al centro congressi e ci sono anche tanti ristoranti e food truck così vicini e ce ne sono anche alcuni collegati. È molto pulito e ci tornerei sicuramente.

L'area della piscina era adatta alle famiglie e le prenotazioni hanno impedito l'affollamento. Le camere erano perfettamente pulite e tutti i ristoranti erano fantastici. La posizione è centrale rispetto a tutto il centro. Altamente raccomandato.

We stayed for one night during our layover. The hotel itself is nice, centrally located. We got upgraded to a suite as per our elite status, and we also got both breakfast and happy hour at the lounge. The room is spacious and clean, the lounge is nicely maintained with a good view of the city. Breakfast was of a decent selection, your standard fruits, eggs, toasts, smoked salmon etc. The less than ideal experience was when we asked for bottle opener to open our sparkling water. We called reception around 5 mins to 11PM, they transferred us to in room dining, took the guy a few good minutes before picking up, then 10 mins passed without showing up to our room. We called in room dining again, this time no answer, we then called reception, they tried in room dining and no one answered, then offered to personally check it out himself, but by that point my husband managed to open the bottle by himself after multiple attempts with no proper tools. Then around 11:30pm, our room phone rang a few times, woke me and my husband up from trying to rest from a long international flight, the line dropped right after I picked up. On the day of check out, we went out for a coffee before the car came to take us to the airport. The valet lady outside asked whether we needed directions, which was nice and observant on her part. We’ve got quite a few heavy bags, the valet team helped me load all of them and communicated with the driver in Spanish to help better arrange our bags while my husband went to the room to grab the rest of our items, they had a smile on the whole time and were very friendly, we also had a nice short conversation. Thank you valet team.

Where do I begin? Room service delivered half our order and even after calling back down twice they still couldn’t get it right so I just gave up. As an American Express Platinum member I’m guaranteed late 4pm check out which I told front desk we would need. It served no purpose as housekeeping accessed my room numerous times without warning. I called the front desk to ask if there was an issue because I was checking out late. The gentleman at the front desk told me that I needed to request my late check out when I checked in… why would I need to request something I’m guaranteed per the terms of my Amex and again I told the front desk clerk we would be checking out late when I checked it. Going forward even after this call shortly afterwards a male from housekeeping walked right into my room. My husband and children were in the living area and I was in the bedroom area getting dressed ! This is a violation and extremely concerning. What if I was in the shower, a state of undress or a sleep and this man without warning has entered my room. We packed up our things and immediately went to the front desk. The manager apologized and moved our checkout to 9pm but once we were in the car I told my husband I just didn’t feel safe returning and we elected not to return. This is a serious issue and I don’t think I’ll return to this Four Seasons location.

Si trova nel centro della città, e'molto conveniente uscire dal corridoio.Ci sono edifici alti intorno, molto adatto per il turismo urbano.C'è un ristorante al primo piano, che è il miglior colazione che abbia mangiato per il mio viaggio negli Stati Uniti.

L'hotel era in mezzo a tutto quello che era bello nel centro della città. Non ci hanno prenotato in una stanza di dimensioni corrette e ci hanno dato 2 letti doppi invece di un re, e non potevano risolverla perché era completamente prenotato ( la stanza accanto all'uso aveva un letto re e era vuota). Valet ha preso un'ora per prendere la mia macchina mentre andava via, quindi non aspettare fino al check-out tempo per andare a meno che non volessi aspettare più. Il personale era così amichevole! Prenoterei di nuovo.

Camera perfetta e pulita ringrazio Reyna!!!!!per la cortesia. Hotel molto accogliente e disponibile verso il cliente, si trova in posizione comoda per vedere le maggiori attrazioni. consiglio questo alloggio. Grazie mille!!!!!!!!!

I have to give a huge shout out to Anthony who works behind the bar at the restaurant . He had 40+ people come in and hit him at once and never stopped smiling. I moved from the bar to the restaurant to avoid the crowd and he still made sure I had everything I needed . Fantastic service !!!
