Cercavo un posto tranquillo, così che quando ero in viaggio di lavoro potevo riposare, che mi adattava al conto e che avesse posti vicino a trovare cibo quando avevo fame. Il personale ha trovato qualcosa che ho lasciato nella mia stanza, subito dopo aver controllato e chiamato, così ho avuto tempo di tornare e di arrivare. Grazie mille.

Ho preso i miei figli per un torneo di parola e di discussione. La stanza delle ragazze aveva sangue su un asciugamano e feci nel bagno quando siamo arrivati. La mia stanza aveva un punto di immersione sul pavimento e il muro stava scalzando fuori dal muro. La nostra esperienza è meglio descritta dall'incidente in cui mia sorella (adulta) e i miei dodici anni erano nell'ascensore quando si è bloccata tra il primo e il secondo piano. Abbiamo detto al divano di fronte, e non hanno fatto nulla, dicendo che avevano altre cose da fare in quel momento; ho dovuto cacciare me stesso l'uomo di manutenzione e non ha detto una parola dopo averli portati fuori. Non c'era aria condizionata all'interno dell'ascensore, e c'era all'esterno degli anni '90, c'era stato un raffreddamento nell'ascensore per circa 30 minuti, e il personale era impaologetico per l'intero incidente.

Ero in una posizione perfetta, il personale si trovava. Tuttavia l’elettricità uscì nella nostra stanza e si riscaldava. La mia chiave per il parcheggio non funzionava dopo 24 ore ho pagato una chiave per 40 ore, che non mi è stato detto di pagare per il parcheggio. La mia stanza doveva avere colazione gratuita, non doveva stare più lì.

I have to say I had the worst experience ever. I always stay at a LaQuinta when traveling and I read reviews before booking and the reviews were satisfactory. First off the elevators were not working in which they did state on the app, but I informed them ahead of time if possible I needed a lower level room. Well when we checked in they gave a room on the 3rd floor so walking up several flights of stairs wasn’t in my plan. I asked if there was anything else available and they said no. I went ahead and kept the room thankfully my son was able to help me get up and down the stairs. The 3rd floor air in the hallway was not working so it was extremely hot so by the time I got to my room I was exhausted and saw a roach crawling over the outside door. We checked our room and didn’t see any but informed of the issue. First night was ok, the breakfast wasn’t the best. The second night the air in our room wasn’t cooling and we woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat so I called several times to the front desk and no answer so I had to walk downstairs and no one was at the counter at all. I attempted to write out a note to leave and eventually someone came and since they didn’t have another room like the one we booked they gave us separate rooms. One of the rooms my daughter saw 2 roaches crawling on the dresser and we had to call back down and have them find us another room. The attendant did and we were able to rest and try to enjoy the rest of our stay. The checkout was the worst I have ever experienced. The attendant was helping a young lady and I assume they didn’t have her info in the system, so about 5 people and myself were waiting in line to check out and she didn’t say not one word to any of us to even say she will be right with us. Then we were gathering all our bags from the room and was rushed out. I was so upset and really didn’t like my experience at this location at all.

Well, I wanna say first this is better than my last stay, but it still needs major improvements. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade, but as I can't submerge myself in water right now, it doesn't really do me any good. The staff is mostly great, but my last full day, I just wanted to sit by the pool for 30-40 minutes. Not use the pool, but just sit in a chair because the weather is nice. Apparently, that's still out of the question, so yeah. I gave them another chance, and it was such a small thing I asked for. Spend over $500 on a stay, you'd expect to be able to sit where you want, especially as I wasn't even asking to use the pool itself. Sorry to take the front desk clerks away from what I assume must have been a riveting conversation! The young man who worked Friday evening (around 7pm, black shirt) was very helpful and professional, you need more employees like him, as well as the young Black man who worked evening I believe Thursday. The women at the front desk just seem annoyed to be there.

Nuovo hotel (costruito nel 2022) vicino alla strada. Pulizia con letti eccezionalmente comodi. Il personale di fronte è uscito dalla sua strada per assicurarsi che la nostra camera fosse fria. Il colazione era caldo e abbondante. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con il rumore, quindi il lato non freeway dell'hotel è sicuramente tranquillo.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in un ostello giovanile che si è dimostrato davvero per le sue eccezionali qualità. La sua posizione, in una zona residenziale, è stata incredibilmente conveniente, offrendo un tranquillo ritiro solo una bicicletta di distanza dal centro della città, senza 10 minuti per essere esattamente. L'ostello è gestito da un bellissimo coppia la cui ospitezia non conosceva alcun limite, che non solo erano disposti ad aiutare con qualsiasi problema che si è verificato, ma anche andavano oltre e oltre fornendo biciclette. Questo pensiero ha notevolmente migliorato la mia mobilità intorno a Houston, permettendomi di raggiungere rapidamente diversi destinazioni. Quello che ha messo a parte questo ostello è stato l'attenzione al dettaglio e la gamma di servizi complimentari, tra cui biscotti, latte, cereali, caffè e tè. La pulizia e la tecnologia intelligente in tutta la casa hanno contribuito a un soggiorno senza saldatura, rendendolo la migliore esperienza di ostello che abbia mai avuto. Le toletta in forma di svana sono un testamento per la dedizione dei proprietari al dettaglio, aggiungendo un toccante di eleganza e cura. Il caldo del posto era simile a essere a casa, con i proprietari sempre pronti a chattare, disposti a rispondere alle domande, e a condividere le loro storie e esperienze. Uno dei punti di attenzione per me è stato la mappa del mondo sulla parete della sala da soggiorno, dove gli ospiti potrebbero pin i loro paesi di origine, un modo divertente e interattivo per collegarsi con i viaggiatori. In sintesi, questo ostello era più che un posto per soggiornare; si sentiva come una casa, o forse più accuratamente, un soggiorno. E' senza dubbio il miglior ostello che abbia mai soggiornato in tutto il mondo, mescolando il comfort di una casa con lo spirito avventuroso di un ostello.

The location was very good and easy access to shopping mall. I can recommend this hotel because of the location. The only downside of it is the breakfast is not actually breakfast but sneak fast😊. You're better off buying your food and keep in your hotel room than paying for breakfast because it's just cup cake, coffee, tea and cornflakes with milk. You can easily get that in your room and save money. Aside that, the hotel is very good in my opinion and close to highway 6 🛣
