The earlier negative reviews are surprising to us. We are Hilton Honors members and regularly stay in Hilton properties because they are reliably clean and well-run. We found this Home 2 to be exceptionally clean in every area - common areas, public restrooms, and bedrooms. What is often neglected - the parking garage and elevator entry area - was spotless. Trash dropped when we returned after dinner was gone by the morning, and cleaning staff was visible on our floor and in the lobby. Perhaps the poor reviews sparked improvement. We enjoyed the Happy Hour drink specials while plotting our dinner options. The bartender was very friendly. Beds were fresh and comfortable. The room and bathroom were exceptionally well-maintained and clean. Altogether, an excellent stay after a long drive.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a welcoming smile from Miss Deborah at the front desk. She checked me in efficiently and asked if I needed anything, assuring me to let them know if I did. The next day, after returning from work, I met the housekeeping manager, Kristopher. He assured me that they are there to assist in any way possible, no matter how big or small, I had to check out after 18 days to go home, and Kristopher was there to assist me. He went above and beyond, and his staff was amazing. Another front desk person, Ashlyn, was very professional and communicated very well. If I ever have to stay anywhere again, this would be the first place I would select. The hotel was always clean, the breakfast hot and wonderful. No complaints of noise the entire stay. Perfect for families or business.

This Home2 suites is by far one of the best hotels I have ever had an extended stay period of time in. I must say that the staff is super friendly incredibly nice and Shanna is one of the best receptionist and or front desk people I’ve ever had, also Jonathan and Lucas are both amazing as well as Yessica they all go out of their way to make sure you feel at home and as if you’re part of the family and make sure all your needs are met rooms are always extremely clean very well taken care of and the maids service is phenomenal, the general manager does a fantastic job and Sabrina who I believe is probably an assistant manager. Does a wonderful job with the staff and with me and the other guest highly recommend five stars phenomenal hotel to stay at in the Houston area. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. It’s close to everything you need. It’s clean, quiet, and has friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the Houston area. Bernard was really friendly and kind to everyone he encountered.

Il personale è molto buono nel complesso, le strutture dell'hotel sono pronte, la piscina, la palestra, la lavanderia, il parcheggio sono tutti disponibili e sono conveniente per l'uso.La posizione geografica è buona, è molto conveniente ovunque.Adatto per viaggiare a casa.Il colazione è relativamente debole, non c'è molto da scegliere.

Best value in a hotel that I've experienced for a very long time. Everything was new. The breakfast was the best I've ever seen in this class of hotel. Great way to spend the night before catching a flight after a Galveston cruise. Staff was very friendly
