This hotel is definitely not up to Hilton standards. It’s such a poor representation of your typical Hampton Inn - I can’t believe they don’t pull it from their system. -bathroom had mold all over ceiling - I think the level of humidity in the hotel is causing the problem. The room smelled really damp and sweaty. If you have any allergies you will want to skip this place. -found several bugs crawling around the room in the morning before departure. Didn’t bother to even bring it up with the hotel as the departure clerk couldn’t even figure out how to print me a receipt -alarm clock was unreadable. Not sure how this wasn’t noticed by someone in housekeeping -the hotel really needs some preventative maintenance - holes in wall, metal covered in rust, noisy AC. -on my morning of my check out, there was a guest dealing with his truck which was stolen out of their parking lot overnight. I was shocked that the clerk did not even seem surprised. If you read other reviews on here it looks like this is a common occurrence. I tried contacting the hotel when they sent an email asking for my thoughts. The GM’s response made it clear they had no intention on addressing any of my concerns. There are several other hotels nearby - do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Room overall was pretty clean, room has a lot of space and staff was very kind. you have to pay to park and they charge you 20 just because but was reasonable for the area ( i guess)

What I have always expected from Hilton - Excellence. We only had one issue but it was easily fixed - I love love love using the digital key but unfortunately it was not allowing for the gated parking to open it was showing unlocked but the gate didn’t budge, not for my car nor the 2 . But it was a simple fix came inside and the friendly front desk attendant got be a keycard as well as the parking pass to put in the windshield. The room of course was nicely put together and décor eye pleasing . Only slight gripe is do NOT get a standard room with double beds as it truly is for one person and the pillows are terrible I could not sleep at all and neither could my husband. Now let’s talk about breakfast (sigh) no waffles, no pancakes, juices watered down, no cheese nor picante sauce for eyes and a sign that states Happy Breakfast Starts Here - NEGATIVE

This is a nice hotel. Very unusual lobby with a large staircase you would not expect to see. The best part.........Shannon at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. Wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the room. It was very hot outside, but the room was already nice and cool when I opened it up. Shannon followed up with me again to make sure I was happy.

11/13-This place was an absolute disgrace. I will post pictures of the mold in the bathtub and the black on the walls. It was disgusting and a health hazard. I assume they were trying to do some sort of renovation, but they did not make me aware of it and they charged me full price for a room that had black on the walls, mold in the bathroom, no closet doors, tiles pulled off of the bathroom around the tub and walls, which again showed mold. I went to the front desk several times and asked for manager, but conveniently there was never a manager around. The people working the front desk did not offer to switch my room, they did nothing to offer to help me. The front desk told me to write an email to the main headquarters and somebody would get back to me immediately. Well it’s been three days and nobody’s gotten back to me. If I had the money to go to a different hotel, I would’ve done it but unfortunately all my money was tied up in this Hampton Inn, so I was stuck there and had no other place to go. This place is a Health hazard and absolutely disgusting. And as much as I’ve sent emails and tried to speak to managers, I’m guessing no one will ever get back to me. This place is pathetic. 11/20- no one returned my calls or responded to my emails. I finally got a hold of Teddy. Apparently Teddy is the manager of the hotel and Teddy reports to no one. You cannot go any higher than Teddy, even though he’s not the owner of the Hampton Inn he reports to no one so you can’t go any higher than Teddy. Teddy told me the walls as you saw in my pictures that’s part of the paint and the way the walls are painted some people mistake it for dirt but that’s actually paint. You look at my pictures and be the judge . He told me there was nothing he could do to help me no refunds, he could give me some points, but the points really wouldn’t be worth anything. He wasn’t willing to listen to me, he kept telling me I was raising my voice which I wasn’t yelling , but I was annoyed. This place is pathetic. Their management is horrible. The mold in the room is definitely a problem so if you have any type of asthma issues or allergies to mold,, stay as far away from this hotel as you can.
