I made a booking through *********** at this place for my nieces and nephew to stay for two days. They were returning from Ireland before flying out of Heathrow and, due to the planned transport strike, it made sense to book something near the airport. I had read through the terms and conditions of the booking and had made the booking under the name of my niece who is 25 years old. After the booking, I received an email from the property that required supply of ID for all persons staying at the property and pre-authorisation of a credit card for a £200 deposit. The requirement of ID prior to arrival is not on the hotel policy, which states that “Guest are required to show a photo identification… upon check-in.” Never have I experience this before! After the the IDs were provided I received a ”We are sorry to inform you that you don’t meet our minimum check-in age which is 25 years, as the reservation is on your name we require you to be at least 25 years old to check in. Additionally, it’s not possible to change the name on the reservation. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause. As your reservation is non-refundable, we are unable to waive cancellation fees for this reservation. The minimum check in age alongside other policies and house rules are clearly stated on *********** for all our guests to read before selecting to book and paying, etc”, All this was incorrect. I called the hotel and was told that although the named person was 25, the others were not. It is not in their policy that “all people” must be over 25 and I questioned the requirement as they obviously allow families with children to stay. I was told that it didn’t matter and they would not be allowed to stay and I wouldn't get any refund (even though the booking was in line with their policy). The pure rudeness, lack of integrity and honesty of this hotel astounds me. I am so disappointed that *********** continues to supports this place with so many poor reviews. So much for a customer focused industry! STAY AWAY PLEASE.

+ Positivo -Questo hotel è un piccolo gem la sua posizione è perfetta per chiunque necessiti di un fermo , la posizione è a circa 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Hounslow Central tub e la linea Piccadilly che poi vi collegano alle linee principali di Londra. + Positivo - Il proprietario/gestore è stato molto utile per contattarmi e chiedere in anticipo se ho richiesto un parcheggio che ho fatto il suo prelievo a £10 per notte, il parcheggio all'hotel è solo 1 spazio, ma mi è stato informato che l'hotel possiede anche un Il 2° parcheggio che è a pochi passi , Hotel ha un bar e da altre recensioni un grande ristorante su questo stupido non ho provato e ho scelto di prendere una piccola passeggiata al centro di Hounslow a pochi passi e ha avuto una grande parte da la sala da pranzo , Camera ho prenotato una camera unica ma il proprietario dell'hotel mi ha classificato in una camera diversa gratuita , Room aveva una grande curvato TV 55” con molti canali Netflix e Prime per chiamare solo 2 l'unica cosa con la TV era che c'era una linea/ banda che correva la schermata quando era su e mi piaceva il controllo vocale di attivazione remota , le strutture che aveva Tea, Caffè, caldaia e occhiali puliti , la stanza era senza spot letto pulito Wow che mattress ha messo le letti Premier Inn a vergognare LOL, Bagno e doccia è stato ad alto standard c'è 24 7 ricevimento e il portatore notturno è stato utile al check out. In generale Un grande posto per soggiornare , sicuramente resterà di nuovo . Solo 2 -Negativi la sedia a braccia in camera 110 ha visto giorni migliori e il seggio è stato dalle ferite e la finestra cieca è stata indossata un po'

La stanza è relativamente piccola, ma non è molto più grande degli hotel costosi in Europa! C'è un supermercato al piano di sotto e accanto un fast food di proprietà araba, è molto conveniente: due hamburger e una patatine fritte costano 4 sterline. La posizione è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Houslow Central.

Grande hotel, vicino alla stazione di autobus C'è un supermercato vicino e il personale che mi ha ricevuto la prima notte è stato molto utile, ma la notte che chiedo l'acqua, e si rifiutarono di darmela, e dissero se volessi l'acqua che avevo bisogno di comprarla. La stanza è molto piccola, ma ci sono molte attrezzature, tavolo, sedie, eccetera.

Le signore della ricezione, quando si sono verificate, hanno fatto il soggiorno molto meglio, grande atmosfera, e molto gentile, anche se altri membri del personale non sembravano così amichevoli. C'era una tintura su una delle mie mutande bianche che ho immediatamente visto quando stavo per andare a letto. Le carte chiave non erano le migliori e mi hanno dato un tempo difficile quando sono entrato, come ho dovuto provare più volte. I collegamenti di trasporto sono grandi, è ben situato in raggiungimento di altri magazzini essenziali, Si consiglia se si sta cercando un posto per dormire con un partner.
