We were surprised to find such a great hotel (seemingly just opened up for travellers on foreign passports) in such a remote city at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend.

Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me.
Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel.

酒店位置在團結廣場旁邊，交通很方便，晚上廣場有跳新疆舞，可以加入體驗。酒店房間很大、乾淨，設施完善，尤其服務特別好，前台很熱情，辦理入住時會主動送茶水，走時會主動讓帶上兩瓶水。餐廳早餐時間長，品種非常豐富，味道很好，尤其點心很好吃，下次還會選擇。

很喜歡亞朵清新脱俗，書卷氣濃厚的風格，來南疆旅遊多次選訂不同城市的亞朵酒店。和田這家就在市中心的團結廣場邊上，地理位置絕絕子。出酒店大門走幾步就能看見廣場上豎立的庫爾班與毛澤東握手的銅像。出行打車非常方便。酒店大堂寬暢明亮，閲讀區雅緻舒適。第一印象就很好。前台服務人員熱情禮貌，會主動遞上熱茶水。辦理手續非常快效率高。我們訂了3晚的兩間大床房，都在3樓。電梯很大，房型很好，床品優質舒適，各種設施齊全智能。步入式衣帽間寬大，非常好用。客房裡開關燈光/開關窗簾/開關電視/放關音樂/開關與調温空調都已智能“小度化”。每天衹需做謙謙君子，衹動口不動手，太方便太時尚了。早餐很豐富，饢很好吃。“深夜粥到”是特色是亮點，晚上21:30-23:00免費自助。供應稀飯、小鹹菜、小點心、小包點。去體驗了一次，很棒。真的周到又暖心。第一天用早餐時出了點小意外，美女安店長真誠耐心，很有智慧地處理和化解了。非常感謝她！為她的處事態度和能力點贊！來和田，強烈推薦團結廣場亞朵酒店！

來和田入住這家酒店，前台的服務員和打掃衞生的服務員都特別熱情。房間寬敞舒適，佈局非常合理，洗手枱、洗澡間、廁所間、掛衣間全都分離，非常方便；被子薄厚合適，燈光的開關標識明確；早餐豐富花樣齊全，晚上還有一頓粥點，非常暖心！地理位置也很方便，門口就是人民廣場。特別感謝前台的兩個維族小夥子，尤其是樂悦非常熱情周到，不但漢語説得好，還讓人有賓至如歸的感覺！

這家酒店確實不錯，寬敞的大堂寬大而乾淨的房間，服務人員都微笑打招呼，也沒有人示意要好評。晚九點後還提供免費的粥及點心醬菜什麼的，早餐也不錯。建議組織其他亞朵酒店的同行來觀摩學習

十分滿意，環境好，舒服，房間整潔，員工專業，友善，態度佳。房間正對廣埸，雖然早上有廣埸舞音樂，但也不會很吵，開少少窗已經很寧靜。早餐及深宵夜粥食物豐富，食物及時添加。如果再來和田，也會再入住。
