We have a small, portable potty as well because we want your toddler to swim...just not in the toilet! There are also plenty of board games/cards available to make rainy days or late nights more enjoyable!Rainy day? We've got you covered in the expansive garage with fun for hours including a ping pong table, dartboard, bikes, cornhole, and of course an extra full-sized refrigerator. Sleeping Arrangements:Bedroom 1, Floor 1: Welcome to the Coral Reef Room! Enjoy ocean views with a comfy king sized bed and plenty of storage. 32" Smart TV Upstairs Bedroom 2: Gone Fishin' Room - Brand new queen bed. Private front deck with an ocean view and large dresser + closet. 32" Smart TV.Upstairs Bedroom 3: Sailing Away Room - Private back deck overlooking the lush backyard. Catch deer in the mornings or the lights of the boats coming in at night. All new twin-over-twin bunk bed and a queen-sized bed. 32' Smart TV. Bathrooms:There are two bathrooms, one on each level. One has a tub-shower combo, the other is a walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided, along with hair dryers in both bathrooms.Kitchen/Dining Area:The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need, including:-Microwave-Coffee Maker: Keurig K-Cup/Coffee Pot combo-Toaster and Toaster Oven-Crock Pot -Blender-Hand Mixer-Pots/Pans/Utensils, Baking Gear, Cocktail Mixers, etc.-Waffle Maker-Dining table sits 6 and there are 4 additional stools under the kitchen counter.Living Room Area:Plush couch, love seat, and chair. Inverted floor plan allows for the most incredible panoramic breathtaking views of the OCEAN out the front and the MARSH and INTERCOASTAL waterway in the rear. Watch the boats, deer and wildlife! 4-bedrooms w 2 masters (sleeps 12), 3 1/2 baths & 4 decks with ocean, marsh and inter-coastal waterway views from inside and all the decks! Easy PRIVATE deeded beach access is less than a 2 minute walk away. Inverted floorplan allows for the best views. Upper level is full of windows to show off the panoramic views which makes it full of light to show off the beautiful marsh, waterway, ocean views and summer sunsets off the back decks. Large open concept family room has a smart TV and is open to a large Farm style dining table. A half bath is available off the living room. Well appointed Kitchen features Marsh views. Keurig and a standard coffee pot are both available. Upper level features two decks to experience the ocean or the marsh / intercoastal views. This house has two Master Suites. One Master Suite is on the upper level featuring a large master bedroom with ocean views and a queen bed and a completely remodeled private bathroom. Refresh in the luxurious master bath that features a new tile shower with dual shower heads and a soft feel pebble tile floor. Dual vanity and granite counters. Downstairs has a second family room / den with a TV and three bedrooms. The Second Master Suite has Marsh views that opens to a deck with a king bed and a remodeled private bathroom. The luxurious master bath features a large walk in shower and granite counters. The third bedroom has a queen bed and opens to the deck and features spectacular marsh views. Fourth bedroom features a full size bunk with a twin on top and a triple twin bunk bed and is attached to the 3rd full bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The 3rd bathroom has been completely remodeled and features a tub and tile shower. Exterior amenities include rocking chairs, an outdoor shower area (mid April-October) with hot/cold water to rinse off after a day at the beach. Please note that there are cameras on the exterior of the house. There are no cameras inside the house. Linens and Bath Towels are provided at no extra charge. Ceiling fans in all rooms as well.
