This is an example of “what I ordered” vs “what I got.” As a frequent customer of Hilton it is rare that the photos are drastically different from the hotel accommodations. This was an exception. This hotel was not well maintained. All of the flooring, the lobby, elevator, corridors, etc needed cleaning. The carpeting in the room was both worn and not clean. Trash was left on every floor, including the guest room. I would not recommend staying here until a refresh or remodel is confirmed.

Poi la mattina dopo, qualcuno aveva preso il secchio di capelli dalla nostra stanza e al 4:30AM, Beverly ha colpito la nostra porta con un secchio di capelli in mano e un bel sorriso sul suo viso! Kudos al management superiore per riconoscere il valore dei grandi dipendenti e prendere il tempo di assumere il - Bene.

The stay was amazing! We were there just for one night but the service was fantastic and the room was beautiful! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Es gibt ein Restaurant und eine Bar welche Moden eingerichtet sind. Das hilight ist der beheizte innenliegende Pool.

L'hotel era bellissimo l'attenzione spettacolare come la pulizia non c'era un dettaglio la vista della piscina era bella e accogliente respirava pace e tranquillità nel ristorante la cena era sciistica e la colazione nel buffet era abbastanza ampiamente anche se il prezzo era un po' alto ma mi piaceva perché tutto Asia un completo era coperto in dettaglio e era situato all'interno e la stazione ferroviaria era a 4 minuti quindi q ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative

First, I do not understand how the rating for this property is good on TA. TA reviews are fairly honest; which is why so many travelers depend on these reviews for their travel needs. However, a takeaway lesson here is do not go by TA reviews alone anymore. We looked at various properties, and selected this for the excellent rating as well as for it's proximity to our meeting venue. Besides being a terribly wrong decision, it was a huge health risk. As we entered the elevator, we smelt a moldy smell. Thinking it must be because the elevator was old (creaky, frayed) we went on to our room. However, the damp smell was replaced by an unpleasant smell of cheap air freshner in the corridor, that only got over-poweringly stronger in the room. But it was very late, we were extremely tired after a full day of driving, so we decided to just deal with it in the morning. During what was left of the night, we had trouble sleeping and attributed it to the loud noise the air-conditioner made. But upon waking, we had stuffy noses, a headache and feeling of heaviness and had trouble breathing. We soon found out why - the carpet was sticky wet and the damp stench in the room had only worsened. Besides this horrifying discovery, we also saw in the daylight what the very dim lighting in the room masked - how worn out the room was. Not only the furniture was dated and worn out, but the basin water pooled, bathroom shower doors were unclean, etc . and the room had an overall feel a cheap sleazy motel. The manager was herself attending the front desk when we went down to ask for a different room. She was surprised we had been put in that particular room – apparently, it was a past problem the room had. The manager told us she would move us, give a $50 credit and take breakfast off (which didn’t matter since when we checked in, we were told the room rate included breakfast) . We did not expect nor want any freebies, so we simply thanked and went on to our new room. As we processed the exchange with the manager and the fact that the employees were aware of the problem with the room , we were disturbed and horrified that a hotel employee would knowingly risk a hotel guest’s health by rooming them in a room with a moldy stench and a sticky wet carpet! The new room too had the same musty smell, although much fainter. We debated for a few minutes whether to brave out another night but decided against it and checked out without using the new room. This hotel is definitely not Marriott standard - it is really really run down and almost like a cheap motel.

Ho lamentato a Marriott che il discount militare alla corte Mayo Marriott di Jacksonville FL fosse stato negato. Numero 1 - Il loro agente che ha trasmesso la riserva sapeva che eravamo ritirati dall'esercito, ma ci ha citato il tasso militare - che solo avrebbe dovuto permettere un rimborso. Numero 2 - Ho guardato il sito solo l'altro giorno e dice che ”governo/militarismo” non specifica ”militarismo del dovere attivo” - la risposta di Marriott ha detto che la loro ”politica” è un dovere attivo, Il numero 3 - Il marito di nostra figlia è allo stesso Marriott - acceduto domenica 26 Feb - e RICEVUTO il sconto militare e si è pensionato militare. Questa politica non viene applicata in modo uniforme, è certo!! Molto deluso per il ”bagaglio e switch-off” di tutto questo.

Le strutture dell'hotel erano soddisfacenti. Tuttavia, l'hotel non ha comunicato pienamente lo stato della prenotazione. Anche se era un appuntamento con colazione, l'hotel non ha incluso colazione, e l'alloggio per colazione è stato fatto. Poi ho potuto cancellare il pagamento per colazione, prendendo atto che il pagamento per colazione è stato effettuato separatamente, mostrando il buono e chiedendo di cancellare il pagamento per colazione. Non so dove il sistema è problematico, ma la situazione di prenotazione è stata inconfortabile a causa del problema che l'hotel non è stato correttamente collegato.

Il marito è un paziente clinico di Mayo. Ha avuto un intervento di chirurgia esterna a Mayo 7/20/2022. Arrivato all'hotel.. molto vicino a Mayo, con il nostro 17 anni. Jack Russell. Stavo due notti. Ottimo istituto. Pulizia, tranquilla. Sala Studio aveva piena frigorifero, microonde. Area seduttiva e desktop erano molto conveniente... e la passeggiata nel doccia aveva caratteristiche di sicurezza che non erano lucidanti. Il letto era così comodo. Il colazione am era terribile! Il personale, al 4:00 di cane, puliva il pavimento già senza spot, ascoltava la musica e si accertava che le cose fossero in ordine per il giorno. La zona esterna della piscina è privata e mi piacerebbe che ci fosse tempo per una nuoto... forse la prossima volta! E ci sarà la prossima volta! Graziosa ospitità ha reso una situazione ansiosa molto calma. Grazie! 😋
