Beware of staying at this Residence Inn, as my experience has been permanently marred. The staff here engages in collective dishonesty, tarnishing the reputation of the entire establishment. I arrived at the extended stay hotel at 3 am on Christmas Eve and had previously called to ensure a smooth check-in process. Management assured me that a late check-in was possible. However, upon arrival, the hotel was deserted, and security informed me that Judy, a staff member, was at the Fairfield Inn across the parking lot due to a system outage. After a confrontation with Judy, during which she charged my card without prior notice, the situation escalated. It's important to note that these charges occurred while I was stranded on top of a mountain in snowy conditions. Despite the system outage, she insisted on a $400 security deposit, citing policy. Resigned and exhausted at 3 am, I agreed to use a different card. After our argument, Judy agreed to let me stay if I walked back to the Fairfield Inn (2725 Geyser Drive) to ask the manager, Matthew, if that was okay. So, reluctantly, I did. After explaining and apologizing the manager gave me a room key for a room at the Fairfield just for the night. He said go get some sleep but the room he gave me wasn't ready. When my fiancé expressed displeasure about the room and Judy, Matthew, decided to escalate the situation by calling 911 and falsely claiming my fiancé alone was refusing to leave. He NEVER mentioned me in his report. The following day, discovering additional charges on my account, I returned to the Residence Inn. The woman working day shift IMMEDIATLY began treating me differently because of the night prior. She plastered on a fake smile and then made excuses for helping out 3 other people even though I was there first! Then, instead of helping she provided false information about holds on my account in order to stall me until the her boss showed up. I endured all of this only to discover that the entire night shift fabricated a report about us being violent and aggressive and refusing to leave. The day shift manager fixed the issue and then I left. This experience was a nightmarish sequence of lies and mistreatment. The evening shift staff, particularly Judy, Matthew, and their small security guard. Should reflect on their actions. This Marriott has proven to be the worst I've ever encountered. Potential guests, especially disabled veterans, should exercise caution and explore alternatives such as the LA Quinta Inn across the street. Beware of deceptive reviews; the staff at this establishment appears to be unified in dishonesty, even towards disabled veterans.

Il letto era molto comodo. La stanza e il lobby erano eccezionalmente puliti. Il giorno in cui dovevo andare a controllare, avevo un incontro programmato per il pomeriggio e si trovavano molto a casa con un checkout tardivo. Non scrivo mai recensioni, ma la ragione che sto facendo ora è perché Antonio al bistro era FANTASTIC! Ho perso il colazione involontariamente per un'ora intera. Invece di dirmi che ero sfortunato, ha sparato il forno e ha cucinato un sorprendente colazione per me. Un colazione pieno con uova, bacon, tosta, patate ... tutto il 9 yard. Servizio al cliente incredibile! Dagli un sollevamento!

Vorremmo dire che questo è uno dei diamanti in brutto. È un hotel meraviglioso, anche se la zona non sembra la migliore. Abbiamo avuto una grande stanza con una grande vista scenica. L'hotel è vicino a I25 e Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak e altre aree di scena. Oltre alla bella stanza di dimensioni, il personale di questo hotel è grande. Vorremmo riconoscere in particolare, De'Andre, un membro del personale del front desk, che ci ha aiutato con le nostre visite per qualche volta, e ci ha anche guidato verso i ristoranti della zona. Egli era estremamente utile e amichevole. Il colazione era grande con la macchina per fare pancake più fresco. Anche il personale della cucina merita il riconoscimento, perché lavorano molto duramente. Anche noi ci piaceva la zona della piscina, ma c'è una piccola denuncia ...che la piscina potrebbe essere un po' più calda.Grazie per una grande visita a Colorado Springs.

Rimasi qui con la famiglia per il diploma dell'Academia di Forza Aerea. Siamo appena stati fermati in due altri Hamptons sulla nostra partenza. Questo è il mio meno preferito. La gente che lavora è estremamente carina. Ho l'impressione che il manager stia ricevendo un bonus per i soldi risparmiati sulle piccole cose, per esempio, metteranno fuori un tipo di crema per il caffè ogni giorno, solo uno. Ogni pomeriggio, essi mettono fuori ”freschi” cookie - duri come roccia (ci siamo stati li per 3 giorni) e l'unica opzione era la noce macadamia. Erano ”sotto” di yogurt, formaggio di crema, burro, si può capire, ma hanno un bel decoro di laurea in lobby, e hanno messo in una bocca piccoli dolci, condizionati individualmente (anche una miscela di snack, Le due persone che lavoravano nella zona del colazione erano meravigliose, soprattutto il signore alto, egli si è tenuto tutto a posto! Poiché ero appena stato a due altri Hamptons, ho notato la differenza nelle napkins, cuttery, toilet paper, tessuti, ecc. È solo un po 'più economico/brutto. Incredibile che si può avere 2ply TP che si può ancora vedere attraverso. La posizione è assolutamente fantastica, una uscita dall'USAFA, facile sul/ fuori dall'interstate, e ci sono tonnellate di opzioni di pasto intorno (anche se mangiamo principalmente nel centro). s/o a Shauntece, il manager del front desk, che ci ha aiutato a rimediare alle nostre camere! In generale, consiglio di localizzare e di accogliere il personale.

La suite ha una stanza separata. Lo studio è una stanza. È possibile utilizzare le cucine e il divano da tirare fuori. Nel nostro studio possiamo usare i cuscini dal divano come un altro letto extra sul pavimento! Non c'era forno - solo un forno top. Ci sono frigo pieno, congelatore, microonde, alcuni piatti, alcuni utensili e un forno e panno. La piscina interna era bello e caldo forse circa 88? . Il tubo caldo era regolabile di calore e bella con jet. Grande vista di Pikes Peak. Non rumoroso.C'era una doccia completa nella zona della piscina (nessun muro e nella zona della piscina).Molte scelte per il buffet per colazione - uova, farina di avena, yogurt, cereali, succo, salsa, waffle.

We booked this place based on great reviews and the kitchenette option for an extended stay at a conference so we could prepare most of our own meals. At first glance, the rooms are well laid out, good natural lighting, decent water pressure, good sitting area separated from the bedroom and a separate shower/toilet area from the main sink/mirror area. Front desk gal was super-friendly and efficient at check-in, and the room appeared as advertised on the website. The place clearly has great potential. But things quickly went south after first impressions, particularly with housekeeping. We unloaded food, suitcases, etc and got settled in and ready to prepare our first meal and found very little cookware or dishes on the shelves. Then we checked the dishwasher--it was full of dishes, which was great...but they hadn't been run. Not a deal-killer and it was late, so we ran the wash cycle and improvised. Then we found one of the trash cans didn't have a liner. Again, not a big deal, just inconvenient. Then we found the microwave turntable had old food and crumbs all over it. Gross, but could have been overlooked. Then the kleenex box gave up the last tissue and not a replacement in sight. Again, inconvenient, but not a big deal in and of itself. But when we finally prepared to go to bed and turned down the sheets, we stopped in our tracks. The linens had very obviously not been laundered or changed, housekeeping just re-made the very dirty, hairy and stained bedding. Disgusting. We called the front desk and the check-in clerk was very nice and apologetic, but all by herself with no support staff at all. However, she personally ran up fresh linens for us. We *****ped the bedding and re-made our own beds at 10:30pm, albeit with some apprehension about the pillows themselves, and made do. The front desk clerk said she'd leave a note for the manager to resolve this problem and said he would be there the next day. By noon we had not heard a word from the manager and so we went to the front desk personally and re-told the story directly to him. While he was polite, his response was incredibly benign and quite unhelpful. He even made mention that he'd heard similar complaints about other rooms! His sum total of a solution was ”I'll be sure to have some words with housekeeping. Thanks for letting me know about this.” Really!?!?! How about some words right now and getting housekeeping up to that room on the double and fixing the problem? How about offering to move us to another room? How about a discount for the dismal state of the room? I'm not a hotel manager but I can think of a dozen better ways to treat a guest than ”gee thanks, I'll talk to housekeeping and it sucks to be you, but enjoy your stay.” We're not confrontational people, and perhaps we should have asserted ourselves in a more robust manner, but given the manager's attitude, I don't think it would have mattered.
