Da quando siamo entrati, siamo stati colpiti dal personale, che ci hanno accolto con favore dal personale del servizio frontale, che ha fatto il controllo in modo insensibile. Ho avuto difficoltà con la chiave due volte all'ascensore, e uno dei miei dipendenti mi ha mostrato cosa sbagliavo, ma mi ha fatto capire che non mi sentivo completamente incompetente. Sia lui che un'altra giovane donna al dipartimento ci controllavano sempre quando arrivammo o lasciammo. Erano così personali e divertenti. Non posso dire abbastanza grandi cose su di loro. Hanno inviato un pacchetto extra entro pochi minuti da chiedere! La stanza era un po’ stretta e necessita di un po’ di TLC. Tuttavia, era estremamente pulita e i mobili erano in grande forma. Pensavo che il letto fosse molto comodo, ma mio marito non lo faceva. Ma combattiamo quella battaglia a casa. Mi piaceva che la vanità del bagno fosse separata dalla doccia e dal bagno, permettendo a due di essere pronti contemporaneamente. La testa del bagno era fantastica con un grande flusso d'acqua. La luce alla vanità non era grande, quindi le signore portano uno specchio e si siedono sul divano per applicare la maquillatura. La luce è meglio lì. Ci è anche molto poco spazio di trattori, quindi portate ancoraggi extra per appendere i vostri vestiti se necessario. La posizione è fantastica. È vicino a qualsiasi parte della città di Charlotte, l'ultima volta che siamo stati in città, e non si può avvicinare alla concorrenza con il Giardino di Marriott, e il Marriott è quasi metà del costo. Raccomando molto questo hotel per la gara!

- La gente dell’hotel è molto attenta. -Le camere sono senza spot. -La piscina era fredda -Abbiamo apprezzato l’opzione del latte di avena al colazione. Vorrei che ci fossero più opzioni vegani -Le tavole del ristorante e i pavimenti sono ridicolmente sticky. -Il divano frontale è accogliente, gentile e piacevole con i giovani Toddler (mio figlio è 2) e con gli anziani (mio padre è 84). -Nonostante sia molto occupato con 2 nozze, il personale dell'hotel è rimasto tranquillo - il lobby è spazioso e confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato il tempo che abbiamo trascorso con generazioni di familiari sui divano - la zona della piscina è rilassante e zen - i letti sono incredibilmente comodi - il personale di aspettare nei ristoranti sono competenti, responsabili, e professionale consiglio questo hotel particolarmente per le feste e gli eventi di nozze. Sono felicemente sorpreso. Non mi aspettavo molto da quando ero stato in hotel Fairfield prima. La Charlotte Fairfield in centro si sente più come una proprietà di livello 5! La proprietà si sente più come un resort la Fairfield Charlotte Uptown è un'oasi nel mezzo di una piccola città.

Ho controllato circa le 11:00 e ho avuto poche cose con non c'era cart disponibile. Ho detto che erano in uso. Così mi e mia sorella iniziarono a portare le nostre cose nella stanza, uscire dall'ascensore sul 7o piano. prenotato e pagato in più per vista panoramica ma ha una vista sull'autostrada e gli alberi e le mie tende non si chiuderebbero tutto il cammino così il sole mattina era splendendo sul mio viso

Abbiamo amato tutto il nostro soggiorno a Charlotte. Siamo membri dell'elite del titanio per tutta la vita, quindi abbiamo soggiornato in innumerevoli hotel per anni. Questo hotel è stato uno dei miei preferiti. Le camere sono confortevoli, le camere sono tranquille e la sala concierge è ben rifornita di snack/bevande tutto il giorno.

I am literally still crying from my “special trip” that I had planned at this hotel. Flew in family (one of which is sick and dying and it maybe my last time seeing her). Rented fancy cars for everyone. Had planned a spa retreat for my daughters 18th bday and Mother’s Day for the women that have been there for us. I was a 15 year old mother, I was left homeless and hungry. I fought to be a mother, build a business, and my daughter and I had finally made it. I had remembered going to the hotel before for a dinner. I thought it would be a perfect spa day/special place. I am still crying as I type this. - I paid and booked in advance because the booking agent said they could accommodate us at the spa. I paid for the nicest room/cottage. Since we were just coming for a fun day/evening, I wanted it to be perfect. Which is why I went to a “Luxury” resort. I knew things had to be right and with a resort with this level achievements, it would absolutely be right… or so I thought. - First I had to call 3 times and several people after the spa reservation wasn’t made by the original person that booked at Marriott. - Upon trying to get the appointment at the spa, they had no availability and the woman was truly nasty. So I pay private people to come in last minute. - I arrive and the grounds are a MESS. Complete construction site, dead plants, trash, I was so confused.Nothing like what I had been promised or expected. It was a giant construction site. - The valet is the same person as the bellman. They have all these white men in suits standing around that are management while they make one little brown man do all the work. Let’s call this the “Legal Slavery” Marriott. -No one warned us or even bothered helping us to the cottage. This put us behind because we were lost for an hour in the construction. We missed out dinner reservations and had to eat my daughters bday dinner at some crappy place that could accommodate 9 people last minute. - We get to the “fancy” cottage/house. It disgusting. Red wine is all over the carpet. There are broken glasses in the bushes and on the patio (clearly had been there for a long time). There was an ant infestation and all of the food we ordered was covered in bugs. - Then I go to talk to the manager on duty on Sunday. Because I was crying in the middle of the lobby. He was dismissive and walked away and left me crying in the lobby on my daughters bday. The massages were cancelled and everything I had planned had been ruined, completely. - His boss comes in and makes excuses for him and comps the disgusting room that they shouldn’t be renting. However, makes NO attempt to take responsibility for any of the implications that their lies and laziness caused. Nothing was figured out, not only that but I had spent the entire time I was there trying to get things fixed, so I didn’t even see my family that I paid to fly in. I spent thousands to have one special day at their hotel and they sold me something that was a
