The hotel is large and spacious, with three interconnected buildings featuring an onsen, or hot spring, on the sixth floor. The breakfast room's capacity is somewhat limited; we were seated on the third floor, a ballroom repurposed for breakfast, while the typical restaurant is on the second floor. Although the food is the same, the third-floor location lacks the ambiance and view of the second floor. While I understand that the hotel has many guests during peak hours, allowing guests to choose their seating would be preferable. We are not in a rush and are willing to wait; Japanese guests tend to eat quickly anyway. The room and hot spring were satisfactory, though unremarkable. The hotel's location is not convenient to the train station. If you are traveling by train, this should be considered, even though a shuttle bus runs hourly.

Questo hotel ha una sorpresa inaspettata. All'inizio, mi sento come se fosse un hotel caldo e migliore, ma il senso di accoglienza del tamburo dopo l'entrata mi ha fatto sentire un prezioso complimento! Inoltre, da un ascensore ci servirà un personale speciale. Dopo essere entrato nella stanza insieme, ha fatto un'introduzione paziente per molto tempo. Il cameriere si chiama Silicon Valley さん. Super convenient, the hotel is located two minute walk from Takayama station on the way it is fully covered so there’s no worry during a snowstorm like when I was there. Service was also amazing staff met the guest with a smile and when I didn’t have an umbrella, I was offered umbrellas for loan straightaway for free. The hotel also has its own Onsen and it was very convenient to see it crowdedness through the TV in your own room. There’s also a rest area where you can enjoy the view of Takayama from the top of the building and a foot spa for those who can’t do the full body hot spring which is very good for people.

Good location-if you want to visit Kamikochi. The hotel is just about about 500 meters away from Hirayu bus station. The bus ride (from Hirayu to Kamikochi is about 20 minutes. Hotel staffs are professional, are good in problem solving and friendly. After a walk at Kamikochi, you can relaxed with onsen. The breakfast and dinner are Japanese food (set menu) with good quality and yummy. The hotel also provides lots of freebies e.g. refreshment, noodles at 10.00 pm.

A circa 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Hirayu Onsen, molto grande, molto silenzioso, molto pulito, con lavatrice e asciugatrice, la primavera calda è molto buona, all'aperto e al coperto, grande stanza, con un letto, soggiorno, stanza, servizi igienici separati, bagno separato, c'è ramen di notte, colazione e cena sono a buffet, molte scelte e molto deliziose!Ottima esperienza

The apartment is conveniently located near the train station, which provides easy access to public transportation. While the surrounding neighborhood is pleasantly quiet, it is still very convenient, with restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. The spacious balcony offers lovely views and is a wonderful feature, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. Overall, this is an excellent value and I would highly recommend it based on the location, amenities, and beautiful balcony view.
