"After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang."

"最擔心空調不能起作用，但前台妹妹提前開了空調，一進屋就踏實了，適合早晚休閑的行程，離老景區門口很近，不需要購買區間車票，我因為不清楚有兩個景區門口，直接去了新的口，因為行李太大，不想走，多花了區間車票。實際如果從老門進，非常方便。小木屋空間很寬敞，小孩玩了沙泡個澡，很開心，都有一次性的用具準備着的。前台妹妹很貼心，給她大大的贊"

"小別墅民宿，住在二層，房間寬敞明亮還有個小陽台，可以看到沙漠。前台人員服務貼心周到，不但給了庫木塔格沙漠的門票，還給了小朋友小童拖鞋。床軟硬適中，床品乾淨舒適，洗漱用品質量很好，佰草集的洗浴三件套。早餐很特別，粥，小花捲，玉米，煮雞蛋，煎雞蛋以及兩個小炒，都是用小蝶自取，一次裝不了多少，得勤吃勤拿，兩個炒菜味道很好，我是兩種都盛了三次，一點兒沒浪費，很好。圖片是餐後拍的，雖然簡單但味道很好，餐具和用餐形式也很特色，而且餐具看着貌似價格不低，總體來説是在新疆住的最滿意的一晚，當然印象最深的還是早餐。 設施：完好 衞生：非常好 環境：室內外環境都不錯，出門就是食街和小夜市，離庫木塔格沙漠也近 服務：服務很好，無論是前台的小美女還是餐廳的阿姨，熱情周到。另外，接待中心旁邊超市賣的東西挺全，還有冰塊賣，門口還有自助租賃大疆無人機設備"
