Hotel ben situato. Il hall è molto bello. La ristorazione è deliziosa. Il colazione è super: qualità e varietà! Le uova Benedict sono eccellenti! Il personale è molto bene in particolare i bagagli ... grazie a loro 😉

Check in eficaz, quarto limpo ( o primeiro e mais importante item da minha lista ) , silencioso ( 14 andar- de frente para rua ) , cama confortável, chuveiro bom, room service ótimo ( prato estava gostoso e quente), cafe da manha bom, valet rápido. minha segunda estadia e continuará sendo minha opção para estadia nesta região. no geral : Excelente ! Recomendo !

Il mio ricevimento di check-in è stato di 40 minuti, nel caso 15:40. Sono arrivata alle 14:40. Aveva un evento le 17h. Sono in ritardo e è stato qualcosa che ha generato apprendimento. La ricezione mi ha chiesto diverse scuse. Mi dispiace, ma è successo. L'hotel meraviglioso, ma importante la ricezione essere più attento. Perche' ho fatto il check-in alle 15:40 perche' mi sono alzato e ho detto che hanno dimenticato il mio check-in, ho un impegno. Ma e' un modo per allenare la squadra, perché potrebbe aver avuto qualcosa che non so.

I have stayed four times in this hotel and I always will come back. The last stay I had some small problems and they were solved the same day with so much care. I felt treated like a king and really liked the personal care. The amazing things about this hotel to me is firstly the staff. They are very nice. It goes from people working at the reception desk, the congierge, the people working at the breakfast, the boulangerie next (and part of) the hotel (which by the way is a must go, delcious pastries) , securtiy and other staff. Several times when they noticed that I speak a little Portuguese, they try to make small talk and make me feel very welcome. They also appreciate me trying in Portuguese. Of course the staff at the reception and breakfast also communicates in English. Second, the location, next to Ibirapuera park (walking distance), just 10 min away by Uber (which is cheap also) from Paulista av., popular neighbourhoods as Moema, Itaim Bibi and Pinheiros makes it the perfect location for my stay. Within several minutes I am in almost all the good spots of the city (even though the city is huge). Depending on the room, you will have a good view of the city or park also. For the rest the service is great, the breakfast is amazing, I could just critcize the cakes that could be more fresh, for the rest the sweet pastries (changing daily) are perfect. There is a lot of choice in fruits, salty food, healthy food and also you can order fresly made tapioca, waffles, omelettes with the toppings you like. Also several natural juices. I am very picky with breakfast, but for this value, the breakfast is great. The hotel itself is very elegant and classy. It is stylish with French/European elegant style. When you like very modern and new, it might be not your place. The rooms are great. The bedding (sheets, pillows) are of high quality, the shower flow is strong and hot (when preffered), you can notice the small details that make it really a 5 star stay. There is a good gym (with staff), tennis fields, spa, swimmingpool, so there are lots of options. Even though for me it is the perfect place (quality, price, location, service, etc) and I would always prefer to stay at this hotel in Sao Paulo, the internet over all could be a little faster (standard is 25MB), but when I asked, the staff at the hotel helped with a better connection. The airconditioning for me personally could be a little colder/stronger (I like cold in the night), but for most it will be sufficient. Overall for me the hotel is 9,9 out of 10, highly recommend!

Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, quasi come sentirsi a casa. Struttura accogliente ed in una zona comoda per spostarsi. Pulizia delle camere perfetta . È la seconda volta che ci torno. Sicuramente un ottimo appoggio per che si trova in questa città . Da tenere in considerazione.

Quarto amplo, aconchegante, chuveiro e cama top. Atendimento dos funcionários excelente, café da manhã muito bom também. Localização muito boa, perto da paulista, bares e restaurantes próximos. Gostamos demais

A nice and well-appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful service, comfortable rooms, and a quite good breakfast. The spa was nice and offered a solid massage at a reasonable price. The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.

With the greatest measure of indignation and profound disappointment, I recount my recent stay at the Rosewood São Paulo—a veritable nadir in the annals of luxury hospitality. One is left to ponder how an establishment bearing such an illustrious name can so thoroughly debase itself with service that is not merely substandard but abominable in every conceivable regard. First, let us address the restaurant service, which was a farcical display of incompetence. It is inconceivable that such a travesty could unfold in what purports to be a fine dining establishment. The staff, seemingly plucked from the ranks of the inept and the indifferent, displayed an astonishing lack of basic hospitality skills. Orders were consistently wrong, service was exasperatingly slow, and the overall demeanor of the waitstaff suggested they were under the impression that the guests were there to serve them. This deplorable level of service is nothing short of a gastronomic insult. The calamity extends, unmercifully, to the room dining service. One might expect, in a hotel of supposed repute, that such a service would be the epitome of convenience and luxury. Instead, it was a nightmarish ballet of incompetence and neglect. Requests for even the most basic amenities were either misunderstood or ignored entirely, leaving one to question whether the staff had any training at all. The notion of room dining as a refuge of comfort and privacy was utterly annihilated by the sheer ineptitude on display. And then there are the butlers—those who are meant to personify personalized, attentive service. Instead, they were phantoms of failure, their presence as substantial as a wisp of smoke and their performance equally insubstantial. It is an affront to the very concept of a butler to label these individuals as such. Their disinterest and lack of professionalism were palpable, rendering their purported service a hollow mockery. The root cause of this catastrophic failure lies squarely with the hotel’s director, Edouard Grosmangin, whose abdication of duty is as egregious as it is inexcusable. Unlike the vigilant and hands-on directors of esteemed establishments such as the Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, and Four Seasons, this particular director appears to have entrenched himself in an office-bound exile, oblivious to the shambles unfolding under his nominal leadership. His dereliction has fostered an environment where mediocrity flourishes unchecked. It is unequivocally clear that his removal is not just advisable but an urgent necessity. His continued presence is an insurmountable barrier to any prospect of improvement or redemption for this beleaguered hotel. In summation, the Rosewood São Paulo is a lamentable spectacle of gross mismanagement and egregious service failures. The director, Edouard Grosmangin, through his inaction and ineptitude, has wrought an environment where excellence is not merely unattainable but unimaginable. His immediate resignation is imperative to

Ottima scelta per chi sta passando per São Paulo. Molto ben situato (geograficamente), nel centro di São Paulo con facilità di locomozione per qualsiasi punto della città. Ottima assistenza, camere spaziose e pulite. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, vicino ai punti negativi di una grande città l'Hotel non lascia a desiderare, offrendo sicurezza e tranquillità nelle dipendenze dell'Hotel. Parcheggio in loco. Caffè mattina con varietà e collaboratori sempre richiesto. Certo, è una buona opzione di ospitare.

If I came to Sao Paulo, I would stay in this hotel. It’s in the heart of busniess distric in the city. The hotel is luxuries but simple. The staffs greet me politely and willing to help. Great food at the restaurant
