Hotel Hotel con sorgenti termali a Yamanakako

"Cleanliness 10/10 The wet and dry area of the bathroom are separate. Everyday they will clean the room unless you decline the cleaning service. Location 10/10 The area is secluded, the place is very private. For someone who doesn’t like crowded places and love peace and quiet, this place is for you. Plus it has a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. It just so sad we only stayed 3days and 2nights, we checked-in late on our first day when Mt. Fuji showed up. We were busy looking for a place to eat since the hotel restaurant was already fully booked for dinner. The next day it rained and Mt. Fuji doesn’t show up until the day we left 😞 I suggest booking early if you want to eat dinner at the hotel since the nearest restaurant is already at the foot of the mountain which is 5-10minutes by car, and around 20-30minutes walk. The hotel provides free shuttle going down until 5:30pm only while until 8:00pm for picking up on yamanakako bus stop. For someone who loves to walk while enjoying the view, it really doesn’t matter but it tends to be dark and might be dangerous to walk at night time since it’s in the mountain side. Overall, I love the location, you won’t actually want to go out when you are in this resort. It has everything you need except hair conditioner 😅 Service 10/10 The staffs are really friendly and easy to talk with. All our requests were granted except booking dinner on our first night since we arrived late, though, the staff is very helpful to give us recommendations where to eat and helping us to book a shuttle. On the day of our check-out, the staff didn’t understand that we reserved the shuttle later that day to go out on the bus stop, but he immediately resolved it without arguing. Amenities 10/10 Amenities is complete but we haven’t used that since some of our members have tattoos and cannot use the sauna and onsen. While some of us are reserved and not used to being naked on the open 😂 Anyway, the rooms are spacious and we had a comfortable stay. We would definitely book this hotel again when we want to stay on a place with the view of Mt. Fuji. And we would love to recommend this place to our friends."

"Questa è la seconda recensione. Non riesco a finirla in una pagina. La prima recensione parla di trasporti, ambiente, servizi igienico-sanitari, decorazioni e servizio. Questa recensione parla di come godermi i due laghi durante il soggiorno in questo hotel con due persone anziane. Se hai moglie e figli, questa squadra complicatissima può gestirlo, quindi penso che non avrai problemi. Prima di tutto, non ho guidato da solo perché non avevo la patente internazionale. I compatrioti di Hong Kong, Macao e Taiwan dovrebbero fare del loro meglio per guidare da soli. Se arrivi da Osaka, prendi lo Shinkansen fino alla stazione della città di Mishima, gira a destra, prendi un autobus direttamente per la stazione di Yamanakako e cammina per alcuni minuti fino alla porta dell'hotel. Se arrivi da Tokyo, devi prendere un autobus da Shinjuku direttamente alla stazione di Yamanakako, che impiega più di 2 ore. Puoi prendere un treno per il lago Kawaguchi e poi prendere un autobus per il lago Yamanaka. Per passeggiare intorno al lago Yamanaka è necessaria solo la metà del lago in un giorno. Si consiglia di andare in bicicletta. Ci sono noleggi di biciclette a poche centinaia di metri dal 71 fuori dall'hotel, ma sono più costosi del lago Kawaguchi. Il lago Kawaguchi ha strutture migliori, ma a dire il vero non è divertente come il lago Yamanaka a causa della folla. Devi noleggiare un'ebike sul lago Kawaguchi, altrimenti non potrai godertelo tutto."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor onsen, which was both relaxing and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"地點一流，窗外就是富士及山中湖山，環境，服務，住宿都完全沒問題 唯一問題是，房間只有洗面盆及鏡子 （只有冷水，住宿當天室外約14度）沒有洗手間及浴室，全部都是共用的，洗手間自己樓層共用 （地下及2樓），浴室要到地下溫泉區共用，男士只有2個花灑位。 主要問題是訂購過程無任何提示是共用洗手間及浴室，如果有寫，我想我們就不會訂購這家店了。 但住宿，環境，景觀，服務都完全沒問題的。 下圖是我再次查看有沒有註明公用設施截圖，店面，早餐，外觀富士山和湖的照片"

"Si può vedere che questa gente opera molto attentamente. Anche se la stanza è vecchia, l'igiene può anche essere bella. "La stanza non è in linea con me. Mi piacciono due finestre,  e'anche per la foto che scelgo l'hotel. In origine ci sono due modelli di camere diverse per lo stesso prezzo, anche se chiediamo di cambiare  la stessa foto che prenoto, l'intero hotel è solo un gruppo di ospiti, e l'hotel non è in grado di collaborare. è davvero un po'difficile. Il casinò di biancheria non fornisce il vestito di biancheria.  Il casinò di biancheria è riservato a privati.  Ma solo il primo giorno può essere utilizzato.  Il giorno successivo non è aperto.  La mattina primaverile non può essere biancata, è un po'solo dispiaciuto. L'hotel è molto nuovo e gli altri sono molto buoni. La posizione del personale silenzioso è armoniosa. E'una regola, un po' dura."
