Hotel con terme a Yilan

Abbiamo scelto una stanza con vista sulla Piazza Lanyang, e la suite era molto comoda, e era caricata con sorprese e attrazioni; il paesaggio era bello, e abbiamo anche catturato il risalto del sole sull’isola di Turtle la mattina. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati all'hotel, potremmo sentire il professionalismo e la vera cura del personale. Se il tempo ci permette, ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo. L’unico punto di svantaggio era il buffet di cena, soprattutto il carne di vacca grigliata, che era così duro che non poteva essere masticato. Una tale pena, ma in generale, l’esperienza era molto buona.

It’s super easy to walk to from the bus station (Jiaoxi transfer station). It took us less then 5 mins and simple stroll through the hotspring park. We have a room for three. It a queen bed and a twin. We really enjoy the in room hot springs bathtub. The coffee,drink and popsicle are available 24/7 which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

L'esperienza di questa vacanza nella città felice è molto confortevole.L'esperienza più impressionante è quella del personale di prigione, anche se è incinta e lavora duro, l'atteggiamento è ancora molto educato e professionale, che fa sentire la gente molto calda. La vita dell'hotel è molto buona. Ci sono cinque minuti di cammino 7-11, e ci sono una ricca scelta di cucina in 10 minuti di cammino; quando vuoi rubare, è anche conveniente mettere la cassa esterna sul tavolo della sala. Lo spazio della stanza è abbastanza grande, soprattutto il letto e il bagno caldo sono molto grandi. Dopo aver finito la zuppa, la letto comodo è molto rilassato. Anche se il suono è un po'di cattivo, non influisce sul sonno normale. La qualità di vita complessiva è ancora alta, un hotel che fa sentire le persone molto felici e vorrà visitare di nuovo.

We absolutely enjoyed the huge tub with hot spring water in the room. We were also given vouchers to exchange for corn or eggs to cook in the hot spring next door. Room was very clean and overall a cosy stay. Our kids loved it! Breakfast spread was great as well!

I panini per il tè pomeridiano offerti al momento del check-in erano fantastici! Anche la colazione era molto abbondante e disponibile fino alle 11:00. Il forno della piscina della SPA non era molto caldo, probabilmente perché c'erano meno turisti, ma dopo aver informato il personale, lo hanno acceso immediatamente. Quel giorno c'è stata un'interruzione di corrente nella nostra camera e abbiamo informato la reception, che è venuta subito a risolvere il problema. È stato fantastico!

Grande area di gioco per i bambini, e la piscina calda di primavera era bella anche.

Stayed at Hotel PIN from 10/4/26 to 14/4/26. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the time we checked in till we checked out. The staff were all very courteous, polite & helpful. They even helped with the setting up of the baby chair for our 2 x young kids during meal times. The rooms are very clean & it comes with a spa pool in every room. The housekeeping staff (Ben & Lemon) must be commended for keeping our rooms clean every single day we were there. The hotel also provides free tea break & supper everyday for its guest. The location is ideal & it is within walking distance to the Jiaoxi town areas with many convenience stores, nice local, street & Japanese food within 5 to 10mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Molto comodo soggiorno in questo hotel, molto grande camera, e molto alto soffitto. Sembrate un re nella stanza perché il bagno ha un enorme tubo di calore dove si può immergersi nel comfort della vostra stanza. Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e parla buon inglese. Solo in basso c'è un abt 5 passi verso l'ingresso dell'hotel e se si porta una valigia pesante, dovrete portare e scendere. Se prenoti la stanza lungo la strada, dovrai andare all'altro edificio, al contrario della strada. Taiwan è in generale sicuro, ma troverai l'entrata dell'hotel (solo una porta) lungo la strada è ancora spaventoso alla notte. Oltre a ciò, vicina ha molte opzioni alimentari e le strade di mercato occupate. molto consiglio!

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

First of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub. The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working. There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.” Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.
