Hotel con terme a Baoshan

I had a lovely stay at Zhuoya as a solo traveller. The Inn is full of personality and places to gather and reflect (the bar / tea / karaoke / piano room is fantastic!). The owners and staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and well thought-out. The room was clean and had the loveliest smell. On the day of my check-out, I had to leave Heshun three hours earlier than planned due to a changed flight. As I had specifically reserved those hours to explore the Ancient Town, the owner said I did not have to return to the Inn, and that they could pick me up at a different entrance with my luggage to head directly to the airport, so that I could spend as much time in the Town as possible. The Inn also offers a chartered car service that I utilized for one of my days, and was well worth the expense for the convenience, safety, and deeper insights into Tengchong from my driver. Finally, the breakfast is nutritious, diverse and delicious, and the cats are simply too adorable! Thank you Zhuoya for the wonderful stay, and for making my travels to Heshun and Tengchong very special!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Tengchong. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat. The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions. Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming. They brought us to many beautiful places and spent time showing us around and even playing with us, which made our trip very special. The hotel offers great value with a high standard. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the most special things about this place is the onsen (hot spring). The water comes from a real natural hot spring, which makes the experience very authentic and relaxing. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the owner and his wife. They even promised to come visit us in the future, which shows how genuine and friendly they are. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality stay with wonderful hosts and a real hot spring experience.

Questo viaggio è stato molto piacevole. Hanno offerto proattivamente il servizio di pick-up dall'aeroporto prima del check-in, un gesto molto premuroso. Entrare nella hall è stata una piacevole sorpresa; la hall ha un design unico in stile cinese. Sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel.

Sono state quattro notti nella città antica, la posizione del popolo è molto conveniente vicino al grande parcheggio nella città antica. Il bagno ha un vento caldo e caldo e confortevole 😌 è stato usato per il ventilatore di dison, ha un grande serbatoio e una secco separato. Il servizio generale della folla è particolarmente buono. Arrivo a mezzanotte e anche il responsabile del parcheggio per prendere. Prima di andare a piedi, la zia ha preparato la pasticceria di mais e uova precoce per noi. La zia è molto gentile per noi di preparare i vestiti buoni e rimettere in camera. 網上見到這酒店有溫泉設施, 便預訂了四個晚上, 到步第一天, 酒店老闆到車站接我們, 還給我們房間升了級, 原來酒店位於景區內的後山上面. 入住期間，景區實施了限制車輛進入管制😅 每天出去遊玩, 酒店會安排送我們到景區閘口, 以便我們打車出去遊玩！每天遊玩完, 都是打車到閘口，再步行返酒店. 酒店溫泉水是每天更換, 1930-2300 開放. 整個入住期間酒店的服務是相當不錯的, 但入住的第三天晚上發生不愉快的小插曲, 真是令人失望及氣氛：我帶去的 Lancôme 旅行裝一小包一小包的護膚品（精華、面霜及眼霜）排列在洗手台旁邊方便塗抹, 但給清潔姐姐全部當垃圾處理及棄掉😓😓😡😡 跟老闆投訴及追問清潔姐姐, 清潔姐姐回覆因有一兩包是打開過, 就算未有打開過的,都認為全部是垃圾並☹️😔😔😔 其實, 才退貨房間外, 清潔姐姐每天將續住房間打掃及清理垃圾.  最後老闆答免費送我們到去騰沖的客運站以作補償😊

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were attentive, helpful and very friendly. Special thanks to 小蔡 for his help in arranging for the airport transfer and answering my queries patiently. The room was spacious, extremely clean and in hotel was in the beautiful, tranquil location, which made it a perfect setting to wind down at the end of each day. Thank you!
