Hotel con balcone a Baoshan

Veramente uno dei migliori hotel che abbia mai soggiornato. La stanza è bellamente decorata in un tema zen, abbiamo soggiornato nel cortile di fronte una stanza estremamente tranquilla. La stanza stessa è enorme, pulita e dotata di tecnologia intelligente. Il servizio del personale e dei proprietari è uno dei migliori che abbia mai visto, siamo arrivati alle 8 del mattino e sono stati raccolti all'aeroporto. La posizione dell'hotel è anche estremamente conveniente, come si trova nella vecchia città. Dopo la partenza, i proprietari ci hanno anche dato pacchetti di cure complimentari di tè rosa per portare a casa e organizzato per il nostro trasporto al nostro prossimo destino. Molto consiglia questo soggiorno e sicuramente ritornerebbe!

The owner was delightful. We connected via WhatsApp--she contacted me while I was on the train to Baoshan and arranged a shuttle service for the 3 of us to come directly to her hotel. A hotel staff member met us at the gates of the Ancient City and brought us and our luggage down to the lovely hotel. Very clean, great view, and a charming guest house. She and her mother in law made AMAZING breakfast meals--I think I gained a pound and it was worth it! She generously arranged transportation for us to Beihei Wetlands. At every turn she, her daughter, and other staff offered us fruit, tea, coffee, directions, travel support and more. One of the staff members has a lovely baby boy, whom we enjoyed seeing! I cannot say enough about this facility--clean bathrooms and common areas, comfortable beds, with top notch bedding and linens. We are from the US and our son speaks Chinese but we do not. The owner communicated very clearly with me via WhatApp (with translation services) which was no problem at all. Great restaurants and shops very close by. Lovely hotel owners, fantastic service, and a quaint town off the beaten path. If I could rate higher than a 10, I would!

I had a lovely stay at Zhuoya as a solo traveller. The Inn is full of personality and places to gather and reflect (the bar / tea / karaoke / piano room is fantastic!). The owners and staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and well thought-out. The room was clean and had the loveliest smell. On the day of my check-out, I had to leave Heshun three hours earlier than planned due to a changed flight. As I had specifically reserved those hours to explore the Ancient Town, the owner said I did not have to return to the Inn, and that they could pick me up at a different entrance with my luggage to head directly to the airport, so that I could spend as much time in the Town as possible. The Inn also offers a chartered car service that I utilized for one of my days, and was well worth the expense for the convenience, safety, and deeper insights into Tengchong from my driver. Finally, the breakfast is nutritious, diverse and delicious, and the cats are simply too adorable! Thank you Zhuoya for the wonderful stay, and for making my travels to Heshun and Tengchong very special!

Il capo era eccezionalmente gentile con la gente che ospitava. Non abbiamo comprato colazione e ci ha dato gratuitamente. Volevamo qualche raccomandazione in zona e ci ha aiutato a prenotare a un sconto!! Ci hanno anche preso dall’aeroporto. Vi daranno anche un piatto di frutta e snack ogni giorno con molto gusto, specialità di frutta! La signora del colazione è molto bello e accogliente. Vi offrono bevande tutto il giorno, anche con alcune bevande morbide come coke e sprite. Caffè, latte di soia, peperoni, noodles di ponte (Mixian o Ersi) e condimenti laterali per inserire nei noodles. Le camere sono eccezionalmente pulite, con un bel layout e con mutandine, asciugamani puliti ogni giorno, letto confortevole. Raccomandare questo posto a chiunque viaggia a Tengchong!

整體入住體驗超出預期！大堂乾淨明亮，老闆娘態度温柔有禮貌。客房採光很好，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水供應穩定，床單毛巾都消毒到位。隔音效果不錯，晚上很安靜。在古鎮裏出行便利，早餐味道也不錯，強烈推薦！！！

Vieni con la famiglia più soddisfatta!La stanza è davanti al colore del lago, e senza uscire, puoi vedere il paesaggio armonioso abbastanza. L'ambiente è tranquillo e curato.La soppa privata è molto calda e l'acqua è molto comoda.Il servizio di cura è attento e accogliente, in realtà tutti gli aspetti sono insoddisfacenti. Soppa di zuppa, bevanda di tè, guardare il paesaggio può rimanere qui tutto il giorno, ma non è insolito.È un posto dove la gente può davvero rallentare per godere di una vita rallentata, fortemente raccomandato!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Tengchong. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat. The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions. Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

La privacy non è molto buona, soprattutto al primo piano, o la gente viene a vedere.L'impianto è vecchio e l'interruttore dell'acqua di lavanderia non è buono per essere utilizzato. Il bagno è rotto e non è riparato. E'stato chiuso nel bagno. E'bene che abbia preso il telefono per aiutare il personale. Il tetto della sala da prato è stato tagliato dall'acqua e ci sono molti insetti che sono venuti dalla canale. Aveva prenotato due notti per vivere e andarsene. Il bagaglio è stato molto stanco sulla collina. Il servizio della signorina e sorella della ricetta è ancora buono. Il piatto di frutta consegnato è molto delizioso. Sento che la stanza non vale molto questo prezzo. ...La stanza ha zuppa privata un po'prezzo di zuppa. La decorazione adiacente sembra migliore per la gente perché non ha zuppa privata a metà prezzo... la zuppa è la stessa nel pranzo.

網上見到這酒店有溫泉設施, 便預訂了四個晚上, 到步第一天, 酒店老闆到車站接我們, 還給我們房間升了級, 原來酒店位於景區內的後山上面. 入住期間，景區實施了限制車輛進入管制😅 每天出去遊玩, 酒店會安排送我們到景區閘口, 以便我們打車出去遊玩！每天遊玩完, 都是打車到閘口，再步行返酒店. 酒店溫泉水是每天更換, 1930-2300 開放. 整個入住期間酒店的服務是相當不錯的, 但入住的第三天晚上發生不愉快的小插曲, 真是令人失望及氣氛：我帶去的 Lancôme 旅行裝一小包一小包的護膚品（精華、面霜及眼霜）排列在洗手台旁邊方便塗抹, 但給清潔姐姐全部當垃圾處理及棄掉😓😓😡😡 跟老闆投訴及追問清潔姐姐, 清潔姐姐回覆因有一兩包是打開過, 就算未有打開過的,都認為全部是垃圾並☹️😔😔😔 其實, 才退貨房間外, 清潔姐姐每天將續住房間打掃及清理垃圾.  最後老闆答免費送我們到去騰沖的客運站以作補償😊

Il capo è molto familiare, l'atteggiamento di servizio è molto buono, e viene a prenderci. L'impulso è una città molto entusiasta. L'ambiente nella città antica è buono. Sono andato al negozio di libri e la stanza è molto pulita ～ vicino a un posto di taxi, e il viaggio è molto conveniente
